There was nothing I didn't like. The power to the room was governed by the swipe key, which meant the refrigerator did not run when I vacated the room. I guess a person could get around this by requesting another swipe card and leaving it on the card socket. ( If you do, please remember to turn off the air con when you vacate the room).

The location. Across the road from Wat Pho and near some lovely restaurants. The staff. Ms. Lee and Ms. Kay very understanding and helpful when I had a few unexpected mishaps.. It was very quiet at night, which made for a good night's sleep The hotel's cafe makes a great coffee.

No elevator (but the staff was kind enough to help us carry our luggage ) The air conditioner took half a day to cool down the room (perhaps because our room was at the floor with an attic,heat is trapped in the room),also the entire city was having a rather bad heat wave with temperature reaching up to 42C. Poor soundproof (our room was facing the main street, but we were able to sleep well after a long tiring day of walking)

No one at reception except at check in times and the staff in the restaurant (part of the same building and business) were not helpful. Still allowed us to store our luggage until check in and allowed us into our room ten minutes early so not all bad.

Located right by the temples and with easy access to the river. Room was sizeable easily fitting our luggage and the bathroom was adequate. Air-conditioning worked well.

Good sized room. Comfortable. Good breakfast available in attached restaurant. Well placed for historic sights and restaurants with terraces looking over the river.

The AC seemed to struggle at times to keep up, but in fairness, it was VERY hot outside. The internet was a bit slow at times.

Good value for the money. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was large. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They hauled our luggage up the stairs for us. (Those Thai women are very strong!) We had a nice partial view of a temple (wat) from our room window at night. The restaurant next door is run by the same folks as the hotel, and is very good and inexpensive.

It is an older building, but everything worked fine and so it didn’t detract from my enjoyable experience.

This place is perfectly located, across the road from Wat Pho, close to river, and very near the Grand Palace. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff I dealt with were attentive. They stored my baggage for free after check-out for the day until my late night departure for the airport.

We enjoyed it . Will go back and let friends and family know about the hotel. Working personal very polite and friendly Only woke up a few times during night from heavy humming . That might have been a airco from an other room or wasmachines going .
