Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

An artist and journalist, I’m writing and shooting stories about culture and society in India and Thailand. The Rizin was the first place I stayed upon my arrival in Pattaya. The hostess who greeted me was so gracious. My room was peaceful, wonderful for concentrating on my work. The Beach Road can sometimes feel like Disneyland, and the Rizin offers a separate peace.

PortugalThey gave me an upgrade room for the first night but then I had to change again because they did an overbooking which I rather stay at the room I booked instead of going to one and then pack everything and move to another. Could be a bit more clean, especially the balcony.
It's a nice place, not too far from the center. Spacious too and has everything you need, the room itself was cute and comfy.

GermanyThe king size bed was actually two single beds on wheels just pushed together. They kept moving apart and made noises when moving in them. The aircon is not strong enough for the size of the room. Some of my devices had issues with their sign-in Wifi Hotspot. Ping and speed is also not sufficient for working online. The room cleaning wasn't done properly, just a 3 minute wipe and go. Bed sheets were not changed ( sometimes on mondays.... )
Big rooms with a large balcony. Relaxed and quiet neighborhood. Luxurious bathroom with a huge shower and japanese toilet. Small but modern gym and big swimming pool. Secure parking.

Fantastic setup I just wish it was a little bit closer to the beach Road but it forces you to get out and walk so that's not a bad thing and there's lots of little places to explore walking around the area that's for sure

Probably about the same to Pattaya , 5 mins drive to 7/11 Pool is a bit cold as it doesn’t really get any sun but kids liked it, in hindsight I’d have put the pool roof top!!!!! Would have been perfect!
I would have given it a 10 but it’s a little out of the way, you need a car or a scooter or like walking ! But great value for money and very nice rooms and staff , good gym, biggish pool. I’d stay here again because it’s quiet and I’ve got a car.

ThailandSome basic maintenance needs to be done (bathroom door upholstery), the mattress caved in quite a bit, and the choice of TV channels was fairly limited.
The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful, with a fairly good grasp of the English language. The room was spacious and comfortable: a large bathroom, a little kitchen area with utensils was also available, as well as a safe. Sleep quality was fairly good (two nights of uninterrupted sleep out of three). The hotel is about ten minutes on foot from the main road were you can hop on cheap shuttles to the seashore.
