We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ThailandThere was some road noise until after around 10pm. Don't bother with the breakfast as it was very basic.
The location is great with nice views. Parking was right outside the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The welcome from the staff. The size of the room, we had the Marilyn room, with a balcony overlooking the river. The bed was comfortable and big. There was also a little seating area. The bathroom was a good size and a good shower. There was hair conditioner as well as shampoo, which was good. The location was on the riverfront, walking distance to the food night markets. We hired a moped to get about, but there are plenty of places to book trips. The breakfast in the cafe opposite was good. Krabi is a good base to visit places.

NorwayThis clean and modern little hotel is as central as you can get in Krabi, and very close to the nightmarkets. Also very close to the river walk and to a 7 Eleven. The breakfast, which was fine was eaten at a cafe across the street. At the reception there is free tea/coffee and bisquits. A nice touch. The staff was nice and helpful.

IndiaLack of elevator is a big minus. Lack of water supply due disruption was understandable that it can happen, but standby arrangement should have been made. The guest has to lift 25 litre water cans on their own to upper floors nearly leading to injury and damage to hotel property. Fittings in the room need to be spruced up as charging points were non functional in one of the rooms, bathroom latch would come out and basin tap was free and would come out of the fitting while rotating.
The ideal location makes it one of the front runners. Close to the night market and the river makes it perfect for the holiday. Added to that is the ever smiling staff who are very courteous.

The location was convenient, breakfast is served in another restaurants only a few meters away from the main building ( I personally didn't try it). Room was clean and practically organized. The staff was super helpful when needed. Happy with my choice.
