Everything was great, if I have to find something, it was taking buggy to everywhere you have to go. Be it from room to breakfast or to lobby or from any point a to point b. If you like walking around, it’s not that easy.

The room was fantastic, extremely spacious and comfortable. The star though was the staff, be it folks in housekeeping, or restaurant or anywhere you encounter them. Extremely gracious folks who want you to have the best time

A fan in the bathroom area can be helpful as the A.C doesn’t get there and it is very hot from all the big windows, so by the time you put on your make up you are all sweat again. Also not enough baggie’s drivers and when the hotel was full you need to wait more than 20min .to go the reception or breakfast .

One must use internal transportation in the hotel (buggy cars). 80% of the time the transportation service is great. 20% we had to wait 10-15 minutes in the sun/heat.

A perfect place with exceptional friendly staff and the best kids club. Location is nice with some nice local villages nearby and extraordinary view.

We booked this hotel as part of our Honeymoon, we were very excited to stay here. We were slightly disappointed when we arrived at the airport to find our pre-booked taxi with the hotel did not arrive. They were very apologetic however and greeted me with a bunch of flowers and a lovely cake in our room. The facilities are superb with beautiful rooms. Be mindful that walking to different locations within the hotel complex takes time, they do provide buggy's which pick you up but you have to allow 10-15 minutes until they are available. There are a number of different restaurants within the complex but be prepared to pay a higher price. We ate at the Thai restaurant which was exquisite. The spa facilities are beautiful, I had an amazing massage worth every penny (similar to EU prices). Overall a lovely hotel.

The bed and mattress fell short of our expectations - a bit small for two and I could feel it when my partner was moving. Also, the aircon kept turning on and off, which contributed to poor sleep.

Excellent services, super friendly and acommodating staff. Beautiful rooms, views, and the territory of the resort. Definitely try the SPA, we had an amazing couples package experience. There's also a very nice and quiet swimming pool to enjoy after the procedures. Pak Chai was a nice private dinning experience too, excellent food.

Everything! The hotel was a dream, it really helps you disconnect and enjoy that beautiful island, the food was amazing, the breakfast buffet has something for every taste and very good quality, I have to recommend having a dinner at its Thai Restaurant which was an amazing experience. And the most important of it all, the staff of the hotel was just fantastic! All of them gave their best to make our stay memorable, we would love to go back again!

I have no bad things to say!

I never write reviews for anything, but I HAD to for this. I decided to take a solo trip to Thailand to celebrate my 29th birthday. I booked the Ritz-Carlton for a treat for a few days and it was beyond expectations. I arrived to my room, and practically cried, it was such a beautiful room with a gorgeous view. The space, size, amenities were perfect. The staff did everything to make sure I was well looked after, there were buggys you could call to take you to the restaurant, pool etc, otherwise I would have gotten quite lost. The breakfast buffet was incredible, so much choice! On my birthday the staff made it so special, they created a set in my room with flowers, a hand written card. I then went to the view restaurant where the team also wrote happy birthday, and brought me a cake at the end of the meal. Another staff who I had spoken to a few times, surprised me again with some wonderful treats. It was very special, and I am truly grateful for how the staff went above and beyond to make it special for me. I will for certain be back!

Lack of activities inside the resort, there is nothing to create a lovely atmosphere that would keep you in the property to enjoy. The restaurants inside the resort are limited, quite expensive. The breakfast buffet is average. Poor coffee, staff is unable to fulfill any orders on the spot, it would take them a while to bring your cup of coffee……. The sea front is narrow and dirty.

The quiet atmosphere, the spacious bathroom area. The small treats that were delivered to our villa every night.

Great property with a lot of options to keep the guests busy and entertained without having to step out of the resort. Also loved how they run shuttle services to city centre. Very convenient. It is a beautiful resort and we had a very relaxing getaway!
