Clean, spacious and comfortable hostel to spend a night in before catching a ferry to one of the islands. The location was nice as it was next to the river and in walking distance of the night market.

Only the rooms are air conditioned, so the reception and showers are boiling hot. Also, apart from the rooms everything smelled like sewage. The curtains in the room are see-through, so you have light from early in the morning and no real privacy.

The place is very close to the river and to many shops and restaurants. The night market isn't far away either. Beds are large and clean, each with a small locker, and you get a towel and a blanket on arrival.

The room literally looks like a hospital. Showers were super uncomfortable and not clean. The curtain on the bed is useless since you can see through it.

Bathrooms were often out of toilet paper and the blanket they gave me for my bed was just a large towel? Which was fine but not the most comfortable. Also, curtains were semi see through which kind of defeats the purpose of having bed curtains.

the quality is suitable to back packers. Is probably your best option in the area, based on comments from others I met and reviewing the nearby options.

Location was next to the slow boat ferry to KP and KS. The bus from the airport dropped you off nearby. If you have luggage, Id grab car it from the dropoff for 60Baht. Its cheaper to book transport from this hotel than finding it online.

Staff wouldn't let me shower before my overnight train without paying a fee. Not the friendliest.

The storage locker was not big enough to fit a full bag in but still big enough for my main valuables. The location was good right at the river close to night markets, but other than that Surat Thani is a very boring town to stay in with nothing to do nearby.

Relatively large space so did not feel crowded and nice common area both on the first floor with drinking water and the rooftop with drying racks.

People come and go in the evening and early in the morning. But that's expected from any hostel and not their fault. In overall, a wondeful place immacularly kept.

Mattress a little hard, not a ton of atmosphere

Great for one night stopover, sturdy beds, plenty of toilets and showers for the number of people, and there is an elevator so you don’t have to walk up flights of stairs

The location is perfect! Just next to the pier (and if you take a minivan it stops right next the hostel) and near shops, money exchange, markets. The beds were comfortable and very spacious, with a useful cabinet to lock your stuff over your bed.

The room was big enough for on double bed and one luggage, if twi people stayed in there I wouldn't know where to put the luggage. No sink in the bathroom, just a shower and a toilette.

Good location, everything necessary is within walking distance. Great for a one or two night stay.
