The shower pressure was way too low, you couldn’t properly shower and also there was no temperature control on the shower.

AC worked perfectly, room was clean, good location!

The hotel is very close to the clubs in town and was so noisey it was bonkers. The curtains also didn't cover the window for blackout, so I had to throw a blanket over the window and a towel over the door. It wasn't cheap with regards to Thailand prices so you would think that they could make these small improvements which would help tremendously

I actually took the wrong key out with me and had to break back in at 2.30am with some men who smashed a small paine of glass. I felt terrible about this, so the next morning I found a glazier who was willing to replace it for 100baht. The hotel accepted this and their communication with me over the issue was excellent.

The water pressure for upstairs room was virtually non existent so shower was a waste of time. I just used the toilet spray instead.

Location is perfect for the town and pier. Room was clean and a decent size and air con worked well.

there is a lot of noise during the night. The room is directly on the side of a road which makes it feel like the passing cars and motorbikes are riding beside your bed. The airconditioning was also very loud.

It is a nice place to stay if you don’t want to spend a lot of money. However I think it is too expensive for what you get. The room is fine for sleeping, but don’t expect luxury.

No reception area, I had to go into a shop and a lady walked me through the back to the room that opened directly onto a road (busy in the morning) opposite a child's soft play area.

It looks way nicer on the pictures. In reality it feels very rundown. The locks don't feel safe at all, the airconditioning is very loud and you hear literally everything from outside and vica verse.

It is a good location in terms of being close to the pier.

The AC remote had no battery, so couldn’t change degrees in room. At night, if I have light in the room, people can see through the door and straight into my room. I had room A3.

It was very hot and stuffy. AC almost didn't work and I couldn't open a window because it lead right to the busy road and had no mosquito net.

It could have been one of the best places I’ve stayed at in Koh Phangan if I didn’t find that the bed sheet were stained right before getting into bed… I’m talking fresh stains that has dried up, not the kind of stains that would not come off in the washing machine. I had to remove the sheets and put the duvet cover inside out (just in case…)

TV didn’t work, toilet was broken, table was broken and aircon leaking. The man I spoke to on the phone was locket but all staff seemed to be absent / didn’t speak l English at all to communicate about issues or laundry drop etc (which they offered as a service)

It was a bit confusing to find the hotel, it didn't have a sign or anything like that. And that you need a pass code to get your key, the key was inside a small box in front of the room. They don't have any reception, so i got a message in booking which room i had and the code to open the small locker. Maybe it was just me but a little better of an explanation of how to get into the room in the description would help and be a lot easier

The location was great, i could just take a 5 minute walk from the pier to get there and behind was the ticket booth for lomprayah agency. The bed was okay, it was a big room. Cheap price. Overall i had a good stay.

The front doors of the ground-level rooms are literally on the street so there is no place to sit outdoors and have a quiet moment or drink a morning coffee, you'll need to get ready and do it somewhere else.

The property is located just a few meters away from the Lomprayah Ferry's office and the Thong Sala pier, as well as extremely close to a local fruit and fish market and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the surrounding areas.
