The bed is quite firm, which is common in Asia. If it were my hotel, I’d provide mattress toppers and ask guests before arrival if they’d like a softer option. - The guests in the room next to mine were extremely loud, slamming doors and such, and the wooden chairs have no padding underneath, so even the slightest movement creates a lot of noise.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The room was very clean. Important for remote workers: the internet connection was flawless even during video calls. The location is pretty good and the loud street noise did not really bother me.

Home away from home in Chiang Mai! This is my third stay at the Peaberry Hotel! I can absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Chiang Mai. The rooms are super comfortable; air condition and wifi are perfect and it’s a close walk to everywhere in Chiang Mai. There is a lovely coffee shop downstairs open every day until 3pm and they make the most delicious breakfast bowls & coffee! Sunisa and her team have been extremely helpful on our every stay and I now count them as my Chiang Mai family! Absolute best stay🙏

Sunisa and the whole staff is so friendly and nice. I felt very welcome from the first minute. The Peaberry is a small but very beautiful gem. It was like coming home. Next time in Chiang Mai, I will stay there again.

We stayed at Peaberry for 9 nights, and enjoyed our stay. The bed was so comfortable. The water pressure was good. The location is convenient, either Nimman area or Tha Phae Gate is within walking distance (15~25 minutes). There's no on-the-spot reception, but the manager Sunisa is extremely helpful and respond to our requests quick. She gave us a room in the middle of the building to avoid the traffic noise. Also, the yogurt bowls at the cafe were delicious.

The only downside was that even a king-size bed felt a bit narrow for my energetic 4-year-old tossing and turning during sleep.

Had a delightful stay at this accommodation. The room was comfortable, with excellent water temperature and pressure in the shower. Despite the hotel was located near a roadside, the room wasn't on a main road, so nights were pleasantly quiet. Manager Sunisa deserves special mention for her excellent communication skills and attention to detail. She was exceptionally friendly and gentle with children.

The property is immaculate, staff welcoming, helpful and friendly. Cafe has delicious food and drinks. I worked while I stayed here and the wifi and desk set up in room is great. I extended my stay, so comfortable and inviting. Location is great too Thank you to all the staff.

Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed and great shower although hot water kept shutting off, easily fixed and not a big deal as was really hot. Smoothies from the cafe was a great breakfast. Clean and tidy. Great value!

Having to actually to leave!..Eventually 😄

We stayed initially from March 2nd-6th and extended our stay twice more until around the 12th! And May even swing back before we leave SEAsia! 😄 We loved the whole vibe of the hotel and easy reach of any tourist or local attractions via walking, Grab or songthrew. Exceptional staff who go above and beyond to be of help and I feel this just comes naturally to each and every one of them. 😊 Great cafe - I was obsessed with a matcha latte and tuna melt and the yogurt and fruit bowl! It truly is a ‘family feel’ effort at the Peaberry and it has to be said that the very heart and soul of the hotel is Sunisa and her gorgeous team; Nat, Sky, Fern, Nicha and all of the wonderful ladies who help keep the place spick and span and feeling wonderful as it does. I don’t think the place would be the same without a single one of you. You’re all an absolute pleasure to have spent time around. Always available for advice and tips or just a chat 😊 Kap khun ka 😊🙏🏼 Forever in our memories 😊 We met Leah, part owner of the hotel who was also very kind in giving us tips for onward travel. The refrigerator has a loud sound. I just disconnected the power at night No lift, but it wasn't a problem for me

There was some noise from the street but that’s normal being in the center of Chiang Mai.

We loved our stay at the Peaberry Hotel! The staff was super attentive, the decor was gorgeous with lanna design & a modern twist. The hotel was always very clean. The breakfast at the Peaberry cafe was delicious.
