We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Really great location as a first visit to Phuket. The pool access 2 bredroom villa was wonderful. Friendly staff and regular room cleaning. Pool is well maintained and cool on the hot days. I would happily stay again

Great location close to the beach with lots of shops, restraunts and bars in the area. Nice pools and gym is handy to have if you wish to use it during your stay. All staff were friendly and accommodating.

New ZealandWe had a pool access room and we knew it meant it would be a bit noisy and others could see in. This was true. We were directly opposite the restaurant (across the pool) and they played music until it closed at 11. Not an issue for us but something to be aware of.
Rooms are great with lots of space. Beds are comfy but wish we had more pillows. Location is the best thing- no beach views but you are only a few minutes away and loads of food and shops on your doorstep. For the price it’s a good option.

AustraliaThe only thing that disappointed me was the shower 🚿 in ensuite bathroom didn’t have hot water and no water pressure and I did report it to the receptionist luckily the other shower 🚿 luckily the other shower 🚿 was working great The glass doors could be cleaned 🧼 they were very dirty
