When u at the ground floor apartment everyone passing by can see into ur lounge area and deck. Some.privacy screens would've been nice at the foot path past those bottom flats next to the path

I liked the location of this site. It had modern furnishings. A full kitchen, lounge and dining area and a pool right at our door.

Having dirty feet from walking around barefoot as the floors weren't cleaned thoroughly. Aircon in bathrooms smelt like sewerage and hot water did not work, minor annoyances however, overall we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, so close to shops, markets, beach etc. and great restaurant in front of hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodation is worth the price.

Facilities are old and lack of electricals plugs.. Needs a refit. Constant power cuts from being hit by lightning. Generator for lobby and restaurant only.

Could do with a bit of a refurb and better clean under the beds and in the wardrobes. No microwave and other pictures showed washing machines but none in our apartment.

Ideal location, liked the pool access room. Upstairs could be a bit noisy with furniture moving about. Safety deposit boxes in the office. Big apartment which was great for the three of us. Pool towels and daily housekeeping service. Reception was through Ann's kitchen which was good for food and enjoyed the croffles they do!

The internet was very shotty. The beds were a little uncomfortable, and we had slight issues with mosquitos. When we arrived there were things in the kitchen that had not been cleaned, but we adapted and overcame and the staff was super helpful!

So the Palms was the ideal location for staying in Kamala. It was centrally located and had all the amenities to make our stay convenient and comfortable. The pool was nice and my daughter enjoyed it everyday. Ann's Kitchen was a great addition because sometimes we didn't want to walk in the rain and we could get excellent food.

Really great location as a first visit to Phuket. The pool access 2 bredroom villa was wonderful. Friendly staff and regular room cleaning. Pool is well maintained and cool on the hot days. I would happily stay again

No safe deposit box in the room. If you wish to use one, you need to leave your belongings in the safe deposit box by reception.

Great location close to the beach with lots of shops, restraunts and bars in the area. Nice pools and gym is handy to have if you wish to use it during your stay. All staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room is very basic. Don’t get me wrong, it is spotless clean and has got bed and decent shower but we’re far from a 4 star hotel. If this hotel was advertised as 3 star I’d give it 10/10

The furniture needs a little upgrade, microwave in the room would help, the ceiling and corners of the room had some harmless insects other than that it was good.

The manager was extremely helpful and ready to help at all times.

Not enough sunbeds at the pool, no shade, air conditioning wasn’t good, brochures for elephant riding, tiger caves.. things like that shouldn’t be promoted these days.
