the leaves of the trees mixed with the rain made the pathways a little slippery sometimes but we were there during a storm and staff attempted to keep ontop of it by cleaning paths daily

The bathroom in room , shower area had mold along bottom of shower screen and door covered in soap scrum. No foreign exchange at resort as advertised on there web page.

Everything was very good

The room was very clean and spacious All rooms appear to have pool access . The pool was always clean and refreshing. We had breakfast included. The Egg Man would cook you up any variation you would like. Plus a very good buffet selection that would change daily. Their biggest asset was the friendly staff . Always smiling and always willing to assist.

The AC in the room is very noisy but you have to keep it on overnight as it is too hot otherwise. There is no AC anywhere else so their restaurant area (where you also have breakfast) is quite stuffy despite being fully open. This is only minor!!

Staff were friendly, little English spoken but enough to communicate the basics. Room was huge. Breakfast had so many options and was fresh and delicious. We had a non pool access room which we thought was better as the pool we could use was so much bigger. A 15 minute walk to Kata Beach.

Pretty big room with pool access, clean and modern with furniture that doesn't look used. Staff is friendly and attentive. Opposite the hotel several massage shops, laundry and restaurants. Always enough parking space

That most of the breakfast food was made with peanut oil or peanuts and im allergic and also we found several unclean dishes when we went for breakfast as if they where only rinsed off not washed

they did not tell us anything about the drinks in the fridge that if we do drink them, we will have to pay for them. we only made use of the 2 beers, 2 water bottles, 2 juice and 2 coke, but they made us pay 460 BHT. The day before we checked out they did not put any refreshments in the refrigerator but they made us pay for it. and we only had to know about all this Sunday 24/06/2024 morning when we wanted to check out. a lady called Meen, who was so mean and rude to us insisted that we pay or she will call the Police on us. we asked her to call the POPOH but kept stalling and wasting our time as we were rushing to the airport. Will never book there again

I recently stayed at The Palmery Resort and had a wonderful experience. The overall stay was enjoyable, and the highlight was undoubtedly the pool. It was not only impressive in size but also impeccably clean, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Our room had direct access to the pool, which was fantastic and added an extra level of convenience and luxury to our stay. I highly recommend this resort for a comfortable and refreshing getaway.

The only thing we didn’t like was the room seemed to constantly get mosquitos in it. When we first arrived we had to get rid of 15 mosquitos which was insane. It seemed to be any time the door was opened because the room wasn’t enclosed inside they seem to fly in so that was the only annoying thing we found really.

The breakfast was decent with lots of options, the pool was nice and the rooms were spacious and clean. We also liked that there was a nice big balcony with a pool view.

The WiFi is terrible, we stayed 7 nights and if didn’t have a Thai SIM card that would be a big problem, seems their server is quiet weak, the connection is unstable. Air condition was doing its job but sooo loud, had to get used to it first couple of nights. Room cleaning service to be improved.. also wish that pool was cleaned up daily

The property is clean and in a remote area from all the Kata hustle, but still in a walking distance. They are providing shuttle service to Kata and Karon beaches, not to Kata noi tho. It’s in a certain hours and the latest is at 17:00. The staff is very friendly and trying to be helpful. Breakfast is ok. Rooms are big, big comfortable bed.
