We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Close to the airport - on the main road but nested away. The place had a feel of serenity. The room was big with lots of storage and the bathroom and shower was lovely (compared to other places we had stayed)

AustraliaClose to the ferry Haad Queen ferry to Koh Phangan and close to the airport. 1 minute walk down a side road to this little oasis. Own villa - very clean and lovely bathroom. Very quiet. Great for an overnight stay when heading to Koh Phangan. Charlie our host was lovely. A great surprise. Plenty of cafes around. Went to KOB cafe for breakfast- gorgeous views over the sea.

Charlie, the owner was extremely accommodating. We stayed here twice. He helped with hotel transfers and tickets to surrounding islands. Really clean. All staff very friendly and great facilities.

United KingdomWe had stayed in many hotels and this is by far the cleanest and most well presented hotel we stayed in Thailand. Charlie is a fantastic host and lovely man. He helped me with many questions and also educated me on the local area. Also, arranged taxi to the airport for the following morning. We only stayed one night but wish we had stayed for more! Great location near to airport and piers and located close to fisherman’s village market which is must! I hope we visit here again one day soon.

NorwayIn certain periods of the year (think I read April - October), flights do cross very low over the property so the noise is really loud. Startled me the first time, but you do get used to it.
Excellent value for money. Well equipped rooms with kitchen, large fridge. The pool area is cute, although not much used in the days we were there. Walking distance to the pier and lots of restaurants etc. The owner was helpful and friendly.

Czech RepublicI didn’t like the situation with taxi, there was a miscommunication with staff, I was afraid to miss my boat to Phangan. Had to run with heavy luggages and search for taxi on the street to be on time. Hotelwise was no issue, but this situation was a bit unfortunate. No blaming just be extra attentive when asking for taxi.
Was convenient for my overnight stay in Samui while waiting for the boat. The rooms was veeery clean.
