while the service was top-notch, I would have loved to see a better selection of pillows to choose from, as comfort is key for a great night's sleep. Additionally, while breakfast offered a wide variety of options, the food wasn’t quite to my personal taste, so I would rate it as average.

The highlight was definitely the incredible service. The staff were attentive and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The view from the property was breathtaking, making it a serene and beautiful escape. One feature I really appreciated was the hotel's app, which made it easy to communicate directly with reception, order in-room services, schedule spa appointments, and request a buggy. The buggy service was impressively fast and efficient, adding convenience to our stay. The spa experience was another standout, with professional staff and a relaxing atmosphere.

The property is build on the rocks so you need someone driving you everywhere, it’s good but it’s also not so good sometimes.

Property is beautiful! It was in renovation ( not everywhere but one of the restaurants and a few vilas) a little loud during the day but nothing major.

It costs 450 Baht to get to Patong, each way. It's not bad but wish the hotel as somewhat closer to Patong, not in Patong, but closer. I got a Partial Sea view room that had no sea view really. I could not get my previous room unless I accepted an upcharge of $138/ni so I passed. Overall, a well managed hotel complex.

Great breakfast which is something I rate a hotel on. This place always delivers. The Fitness center opens at 0800 but you can get in early. That floor actually has a regular sauna and a steam sauna. I didn't know this until this visit. The Tuk Tuk's are always quick to pick you up. The hotel uses an App that you can use to get picked up and taken to the lobby, room cleaning, etc. BTW, I was not told I had to use the app to get my room cleaned, no big deal. Once I figured that out, it worked well.

Perfect location on Kimala beach. The villa is huge and the pool is wide. The service is very fast I loved it. Reception people are so kind. Breathtaking view straight on the beach. Verity choices for the breakfast.

The property was brand new, clean and luxury. The villa was so private and the pool is quite big. The staff were so helpful and kind to me. They did upgrade my stay because i was discomforted with the first villa as i found some ants in the bed. They directly upgraded my vstay to a new villa without any extra charge.

The 3-bedroom villa concept with the master room on a different level and lots of stairs to cross - it can be better to have better breakfast options, additional restaurant choices, and more activities - 2 places to have the breakfast as the main always was full !

A lot of crabs on the stones near the beach. Nice swimming, but always better wear shoes.

Excellent options for breakfast, very nice villa with enough space to relax, super ocean view, quiet, service personell really marvellous.
