The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Amazing restaurant, a bit more pricey than anywhere on the outside but the quality and presentation of the food was some of the best we’ve had. They also have an area with animals that you can walk around which is really cool. The rooms were kept tidy by the staff when we were out and the facilities were spot on. Lovely and peaceful location, you can also rent mopeds from reception which are perfect for getting you around the island at your own will.

This is not the hotels fault but in the monsoon season in this area I would recommend bringing mosquito protection and use it, especially during the day

They have the most beautiful beach and an amazing eco concept. The restaurant had great seafood bbq. The staff was happy to help every step of the way from organizing transport to arranging ferrys and tours. The bungalows have a great architecture and enough space. And even they had s.u.p and kayak for rent! Thank you for an amazing stay, I hope to return with more friends.

Nice quiet location that was on the beach with a pool overlooking the ocean. Great staff who were very helpful and had an outstanding breakfast. Walking distance to some good restaurants and bars.

This hotel is exceptional, we loved our stay here. We stayed in a beach front room and it was absolute perfection. Sunsets at The Mud are beautiful. The food was amazing in the restaurant. We ate lunches and dinners also.

The accommodation huts were perfect for a relaxing holiday. We stayed beach front in one of the mud huts and couldn't have wished for more. It was stunning! The staff were fantastic all round from the lovely pool bar lady to restaurant staff. We stayed an extra 4 nights because it had everything we wanted. The food in the restaurant was delicious and priced well. We are there 6 out of 7 nights. Overall an exceptional experience.

The establishment is super beautiful and relaxing, stuff is kind and helpful. If you wanna chill and resourcing time for yourself is a perfect place to be. It’s situated in a very green area, surrounded by jungles but keep in mind it’s far from a center, you need 30 minutes by taxi. There are some nice restaurants around but for parties you may grab a cab. The water in the shower and sink has disgusting taste. Sometimes were hard to wash well my hair and for tooth brushing you may use a drink water.

Wasn't that close to big areas, we took a lot of taxis. But if you are looking to hang by the pool/ beach mostly and not venture out heaps this is perfect

Pool bar is exceptional, pool has an amazing view, best cocktails I have had in a long time. Loved the little hut rooms! Highly recommend. Was so perfect with a little kid. Breakfast was the best we had in Thailand

The WiFi is supposed to work everywhere on the property yet it doesn’t. It’s weak and tends to drop out. The restaurants staff was a bit bored and slow.

It’s a very comfortable place to stay away from the crowd. There are restaurants nearby, the beach is a little muddy but perfect to watch beautiful sunsets. The breakfast and food in the restaurant was tasty, yet i recommend trying local dishes in the restaurants nearby.

The bed was extremely firm to the point of keeping us up at night. It was firm even compared to other firm beds in Thailand. Also, breakfast starts at 8, which is rather late if you want to go on some prebooked trips. They are happy to provide a pack for takeaway though.

The bar and restaurant are good with regular live music. Staff is very nice. It’s a beautiful, unique place to stay.

Wifi was very poor and, at times no connection at all. Unfortunately, the pool chemicals were out of balance, so it was closed while we were there. It would have been nice to have a bit of a refund/discount. The tv was not a smart tv, and too small for the size of the room.

Beautiful place on the ocean. Very unique place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Staff was very knowledgeable about various tours available. Especially Serena. Very clean. Very good food. Good air conditioning.
