The host was lovely. Made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help us. The property was only a short walk away from the main part of town (around 10-15 mins) and there are a few restaurants nearby as well. Really enjoyed our stay :)

For those without transport then the location can feel difficult - the roads don't have good walk ways for pedestrians. But I saw the place has a free shuttle to the beach and town so I would suggest guests take advantage of this.

Clean, modern rooms, quiet at night despite on a busy road, small pool which I would have used if weather was better (visited in rainy season!!).

Perfect stay. Great location, a 15-20 minute walk into town or a cheap grab. Room was huge and lovely, bathroom very nice. Balcony was also spacious and lovely. Pool and pool area both great. Free filtered water provided - both hot and cold - which was amazing! Staff very friendly and gave local recommendations. Amazing!

Everything was perfect- the location was really quiet and just a short drive away from the city center. The staff was so nice helped with any and everything we needed. Pool was clean and nice! Cleaning service available everyday. Has a water fountain always available, and there’s coffee on your room everyday to enjoy. Plus: there’s a cheap food stall, laundry service and motorbike rental just in front of the house

Spent most of our stay in the pool. Owners were absolutely amazing room was clean and comfortable.

The owners were a super sweet family and the room was very clean and comfortable. No view or anything but can’t beat it for the price! They also had free water refills and the pool was cozy and clean!

We took a room with a balcony which meant it was facing the road right outside the hotel. Not the owners fault but it was incredibly noisy with motorbikes and cars passing throughout the night. If this keeps you awake at night just make sure you get a room with no balcony and it should be quieter

Lovely refreshing pool. Spacious room and comfortable bed. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. They have a very friendly dog too. They have a refill station for your water which is great, saves you buying more plastic bottles.

One of the best stays I had in my 30 days of travelling Thailand. Wasn’t expecting much due to the low price however Very clean, the owner could not have been more helpful & it was nice to just relax.

The room is way too small, not big enough for two people and the suitcases. They don’t provide with enough toilet rolls and we had to keep asking for one everyday, it didn’t provide with a hairdryer and had to ask for one, so, not too bad. The place is not very clean and the bathroom had a smell.

The location was very convenient, not too far from the beaches and the town. It’s within 15 mins walking distance, the area is very quiet, away from the busy roads, it has nice local bars nearby. The property owners were very friendly and helpful. The bed is so comfy, I recommend it.

Everything was perfect.

Host was super nice, the room was big, comfy with a balcony. The bed was ok and everything was super clean. Nice pool too. Not far from Ao Nang center 2 mins by scooter, but this was a plus for us. We found so well that we decided to stay 2 more nights.

Lots of mosquito's in the room.

Room was very nice. Spacious & nice bathroom. Free coffee/hot water & cold water available. Owner is a really nice guy who will help you with everything. Pool is nice but not all too big. Owner told us in the beginning his hotel was a bit farther away from everything and if this was okay with us.
