There is no elevator at the property. Had to take the luggage up to the 4th floor. No helping boy also to take the Lage up. Going out for full day enjoyment you get tired and when you come back you have to climb 4 floors to reach your room. That's bad. Rest everything was good.

When i checked in, there were a lot of mosquitos in the room. I had to kill them all. Also, the bathroom window is half open. When I turned on lights at night to use it, around 20 flying bugs came into the bathroom, I had to kill them all too, after that I didn't use lights at night and no bugs showed up Also there's no hot water in the bathroom, when you're cold after rain, you still need to use cold water to shower

The bed is very big and comfortable, and the pillows were really soft and nice. The room is quite big. They have free water and coffee in the lobby. 30 minutes walk to ao nang beach, the street is very quite and you can sleep peacefully Despite some problems, I enjoyed my 6 nights stay here, slept very well. There's 7/eleven around for 4 minutes walk

It was a bit out of town. I think it was like 25-30min walk to Ao nang beach which in the heat is long 😆We had a twin room and both singles beds were really uncomfortable and hard.

We stayed in room 201 which had no window but it kept the room nice and cool after being out all day. Room was clean. Surrounded by a rang of restaurants

I did have a few bugs in my room but I think to be expected. Staff helped me get rid. Bathroom was basic but fine for the money - the big bed made up for it.

The staff were incredibly lovely. Always had a smile on their faces and always happy to help. A welcome greeting in the morning and after a long day. The bed was massive and comfortable. The location was pretty good - a bit of a walk from the beach but I walked most of the time otherwise taxis were cheap. "Chilling bar" two minutes walk away was a good local with friendly staff and clientele. A small walk to the main strip but plenty of places closeby to grab a coffee, etc.

Aircon was weak and the location will require a tuk tuk or grab to get into town the walk in the heat is hard

We got the room without window in the grand floor, quite dark, there was a frequent noice from water pumps. Need to use earplugs all the time for sleeping.

In general clean, very friendly staff, which help a lot, you can also leave your luggage, free water, coffee, you can park scooter outside. Doors are closed at night, you need to use card, which is secure etc.

It was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach but far enough away from the noise in the main strip. Provided free coffee and water at reception . Happy to store out luggage after checkout as we were away on a trip .

Ants on the room they sprey it but they came back. Bathroom was full of water after shower.

Nice decoration, clean, near to supermarket and restaurants. Beach Ao Nang few minutes by taxi. Kind lady on reception (a.m. receptionist) which help us.

The location is quite far from the beach and the main restaurants and cafes. Renting a bike was a must, because walking 2 km in heat is too much.

The view was amazing and the staff were very polite. We had a quiet room and a comfortable bed. A motorbike renting service at the hotel was a good bonus.

The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The Mountain View balconies were not worth upgrading too but allowed a space to hang clothes. It’s a 15-20 minute walk into the main strip of Ao nang but there are restaurants and shops closer/on the way.

Location isn’t bad but you do need to walk a few mins to nearest 7 eleven Staff aren’t always there eg I had to check myself in via key box
