It's only that when it rains the water flow over the street infront of the hotel. Just infront of the hotel and other streets you can walk normally even when it rains. I didn't expect the street to be so crowded especially at night. I don't recommend it with kids. I only booked this hotel for being in the center, had parking and 2 connecting rooms.

The 2 bedrooms apartment was very comfy, spacious and clean. It's obvious that is was newly renovated. The parking was an adding value to our stay. Near the hotel there are a lot of restaurants, shops and a mall. Walking distance to the Patong Beach.

The furniture is old, and the hotel needs maintenance.

The hotel is very excellent, clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is very excellent, restaurants, shops, cafes and everything you need is right next to you, very good wifi, I recommend it to families and friends.

They tried to charge me 100 baht for a damn coffee spoon that housekeeping took and didn’t replace it. I know for fact I did not want a coffee spoon as a keepsake. So keep an eye out that they replace things and if they don’t tell them to avoid this bs

It was right off the Main Street. 10ish mins away from the beach. Close to a food market. The times that most of the vendors are there is in the night roughly 6/7pm 7/11 right across the street

Very central position and the pool area was very clean and maintained to a very high standard. The only negative comment against this hotel was the hot/cold shower mixer that was either extremely hot or cold, there was no warm in-between.

Location is prefect. Room is very big and comfortable. Staff are super nice and helpful. Cleaning service is match your type of travel. 3 kinds of swimming pools which are awesome for diversity. Nearby restaurant with good food and affordable prices.

Not so much that I didn't like, but it would be lovely if the buffet breakfast should be included if you're staying for more than a week. Please add a boxing bag in the gym. Be able to swim in the rooftop pool at night.

It’s a very old building and old room. When we arrive guest night, there are water dripping from ceiling at corridor. And each night when we came back to the hotel, the corridor was dirty with orange juice or some other thing - indicating not sufficient cleaning services

Lack of soundproofing in the hotel can be a real nuisance when there are noisy and inconsiderate guests, I feel the night staff should do more to keep other guests in check. Significantly more expensive than last year for the same room type. I've been to this hotel 4 times over the years but I think it's time to shop around if I go back to Patong.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is very good for all the nightlife. Breakfast selection is excellent. Hotel interior is clean and modern looking. Rooms are a nice size, good with a balcony overlooking pool.

WiFi only for 3 devices. Booked room for 4 peoples. Asked the front desk about the taxi service to airport . They charge the rate based on the number of peoples per car.
