Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This place is simply hidden gem. I have nothing else to say - just choose this place if you can. I wanted to extend my stay, however the were already fully booked. My very favourite place in Phuket.

Kazakhstan- No washing machine is avaliable in appartment. You can find another apparments in this area with this option. It is very important if you have long stay there. - You should pay for electricity. - To get the appartment you need to use car/bike or be sporty - in our room garbage bin smell not good. - check out is 10.00 a.m.
Kitchenware is really good. Refrigerator was big and modern in our appartment. Room space is big and can be used by 3 adult. Host provide one bootle of water, if you rememeber to request it. Host povide new towels and bed change on request two times per week.

CanadaThe walls are pretty thin. You can sometimes hear your neighbors talking. But overall the stay was very quiet.
Location was perfect, but you need a scooter to get around. The nature which I loved, was super surreal.

AustraliaThe tiles surrounding the pool super slippery Pool tiles chipped cut our feet on the steps and ledge Air conditioners were very old , noisy and had a musty mould smell to them. They also consumed alot of power as they were old Paying for power was tucked away in the fine print & they charge an excess of 2 baht on-top of the going rate for the area Pillows were old and lumpy, mattress was new ?? Why they don't replace pillows with a new mattress Towels were old , holes in them and very thin. We requested new ones & the caretaker did Al they could to replace them Microwave oven is very old Curtains were old in lounge area and did t close properly for privacy on the walkway

United StatesWe arrived late in the evening and came home to a very hot house, which took hours to cool off. We were charged for electricity. The water went out in the middle of a shower. The lights flickered really bad when the A/C was running, so if you have someone that has photosensitive epilepsy, I suggest not staying here. The power would click off several times too.
The property in general was great. The customer service was superb!
