Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

VietnamThey support tour to Phang Nga bay, however, they should be clear about some cost which has to be paid by cash such as entry into James Bond island as some tourists may not prepare Thai baht.
Beautiful scenery, nice swimming pool and 2 hot pools. Morning buffet is nice with some vegetarian options (their choices are mainly meat and seafood).

AustraliaSo far from the beach. A long way from anything really so we couldn’t really leave the resort. Expensive food and drinks. Kids acting crazy by the pool, jumping off balconies and bridges, could have really hurt someone if they were swimming below, staff did nothing to tell them to stop. I wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer than 2 nights.
Beautiful pool and beach. Breakfast was lovely.

New ZealandBathroom window let in daylight from sunrise!! We spoke to the manager, who did nothing, and we ended up hanging two towels into the window frame to try and make it darker (no point in blackout curtains if you get woken up from sunrise on the other side of the room!). As with a lot of Thailand beach/coast areas, lots of rubbish in or near the water. Pool and loungers get INCREDIBLY busy from 2pm onwards due to day trippers, which really lets the place down. In fact, one day they came at 10am! We would leave the pool area when they came and stayed in our room for a few hours. Upstairs shower in the family room was above an open bathtub, so water sprayed everywhere.
We stayed in a two-storey family room. Comfy beds. Large pool. Extensive gardens. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy rooms. Shower hot with good pressure. New-looking blackout curtains. Restaurant had a good range, breakfast was substantial.

ThailandPool area. Too many people, too few sunbeds. Spring water too hot to go in.
A standard room is perfectly adequate with quality furniture and bathroom. Breakfast is excellent. I like building 7 as the pool area is too busy and I am nearer the lovely beach. The sea can be very dangerous in the monsoon season, but the lagoon water is clean and clear and safe for kids. A few birds around if that rings your bell! There is a popular thai music bar and restaurant at Rhana Resort a few km away.

ThailandWe do not have enough hooks and a towel dryer, since they provide a lot of towels, but there are not enough places to dry towels and clothes.
We like coming to this hotel, the staff is always attentive, it is very green and beautiful. Today we met Jib at the reception, we have known her for many years, it’s so nice that the staff has been working in this hotel for many years and greets us like old acquaintances! Today, the hotel owner herself helped resolve our issue with leaving for the airport; it was very touching. We also met the general manager, he was very nice and we had a great chat. The water in the pool warms up very well, it is just the perfect temperature, especially after swimming pools with hot mineral water. I would like to immediately tell everyone that the hot “baths” are drained and cleaned every day, and also filled with new mineral water, so that in the morning everything is clean and ready to receive guests! For breakfast there is everything you need, we have become accustomed to the location for many years. It gives you the opportunity to feel like you are on vacation, especially considering the huge and well-groomed territory.

AustraliaVery regular mowing and snipping, but acknowledged necessity because of huge grounds. Towels & bed linen overpowering, sickening odour from additive in laundry and I made my concerns known to cleaning staff a few times. After 3pm each day, a large number of outsiders arrived for swimming and the hot spring. Apparently there is a contract for them to arrive each day from Phuket. Wine was quite expensive, the least expensive being 1000BHT, but they ran out of stock for a few days and the next cheapest was 1250BHT. However, to be fair, some other resorts I stayed at were more expensive.
Large grounds, great for walking around. Very few other guests because of the low season. Luckily they had YouTube available on TV, as not much else that interested me from 18 Channels. Reception staff were very helpful with any request. Lisa was exceptional. Most waiting staff were good, although some need hospitality english training. Cleaning staff were friendly. Restaurant food was quite good.

ThailandThe pool area (hot springs) was full of day visitors from Phuket. No sun beds available or left to sit on! The pool was so full and as a paying hotel guest was really disappointed. We had to wait until the evening when they (about 100 in 10 4x4 vans) had all left to enjoy the hot springs! This seems to be regular trip from Phuket and there should be a pool area for hotel guests only. It is the only negative point about the hotel and a lot of the reviews also reflect this problem.
The gardens were beautiful and the food was very good. The room was clean and staff nice.

SpainPossibly because it was in June and thus low season, the place looked a bit run down. The place is huge and when we got there there was no one around, so it gave a bit of an eerie vibe.
The complex is really nice and the hot springs are a real addition. Rooms are spacious and couldn't hear the neighbours

United KingdomShowing some wear and tear - for example, netting above our indoor shower had come loose on a corner which might explain how a roach had got into the bathroom. Similar lack of care in area behind our pool - a little bit of rubbish left there throughout our stay (though, in the hotel’s defence, we didn’t ask for it moving). Nearby beach also had a fair amount of rubbish on it and the walkway could use some TLC. Food isn’t as good as we experienced at other hotels and there aren’t a huge amount of veggie options. Be aware that the lagoon might not look like the pictures in the advert. Possibly because we arrived after some heavy rain, the lagoon was a brown colour and - again - rubbish floating in it. Suspect the area looks much nicer in the dry season, but bear in mind if travelling at a similar time to us.
Stayed in a private pool villa in late May. Room is a really good size, bed was on the firm side but not overly so. Air con was top notch. Only stayed for a few days so didn’t use communal pool but it seems a really good size even for busier months. Pool is a great size and cleaned each morning. Plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet every morning, though quality isn’t outstanding. We didn’t take up the trips on offer but there seemed to be a good variety. As others have said, the area is tricky to get around if you don’t have a car but the hotel was able to arrange transport when we needed it. There are some really good restaurants in the area so still things to do even if the weather isn’t great. This is a nice resort overall, but…

United Arab EmiratesThe pool area was very busy with day guests, but after their buses left it was lovely and peaceful. The gym was vey dated and unused including rusty equipment and not very clean. Food at the Thai restaurant was average.
Breakfast was great with lots of variety, including some vegan options. The room was spacious and comfortable. The grounds were glorious to wander round. Staff were friendly and attentive.

ThailandStaff are quite rude. At chekin, it was not a smooth experience with confusion over payment and a broken lock on 1 of the rooms where we had to wait over an hour before someone came to repair all while sitting waiting. We ate at the beach restaurant 1 night and the staff were slow and forgot some of our orders. We did not get any of our food at the same time either, which is normally fine but not at a place with those prices that call themselves 4 or 5 star. Kayaks that you can use were leaking, and there was no staff available to help. I feel like this place is lacking management and needs someone to steer the ship. It could be great if there was alittle more care.
The beach, hot springs, and cold plunge were fantastic. Breakfast was good, too, with lots of options.

United KingdomLocation a bit remote. Not enough variety of fruit. Lack of seating at breakfast and especially when groups from outside the hotel were brought in for breakfast. Too many people at once equals staff not able to cope. Also groups of Russians and Chinese came to the Hotsprings every day which meant the people paying to stay in the hotel found it hard to get a sun bed by the pool which was a shame.
Thai style with character. Beautiful Lagoon setting and beach. Hot springs and massage facility. Grand sea view room was spacious with lovely decor and was serviced every day with fresh towels /beach towels and bottles of water. The room was far enough away from the pool area to be a tranquil retreat with lagoon/sea views. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in every way.

BelgiumToo crowded during daytime at the pool. We came to Nataï Beach to be far from P huket crowd, but the hotel brings many vans of tourists from other hotels to spend the day at the pool and spring. Many times no sunbeds available if you don't reserve it at breakfast. 8 sunbeds at the beach, half of them broke. Could not enjoy fully this beautiful place spoiled by noise and crowd.
Nice place , great gardens, breakfast and dinner quiet nice. Beach is great and clean.
