The pool was really nice and warm, the property was clean and the staff were really helpful. Our check out was at 11am but our flight wasn’t until 6pm. They held our luggage in the office for us so we could go do more exploring until our flight.

The was a local electricity power shortage when we arrived at the property which was out of property management control. It took few hours before we get back the power to the property. We didn't expect this after a longer driving hours to the property.

The property is very clean and comfortable. All facilities are as advertised on Booking.com. The property that we booked has a jacuzzi that can fit 4-8 persons. The location is quite close to Ao Nang Beach and eating places.

Could have been slightly better location- able to walk to shops. Communal pool access would be good. But jacuzzi was nice. Great staff.

Not a lot of food places at the area of stay. Must get vehicle, rent a car or motorcycle.

The host was amazing. Able to communicate very well. Was helpful and settled rental of car very fast. Also fast response when we enquired something. Love how private and peaceful the area of stay is. Very clean, huge & well-equipped villa.

Only a small thing, bot water in showers via direct shower heater, but no hot water in kitchen, bathroom sinks, or the hot tub (although the outside air temperature kept the tub at a comfortable temperature). This may be normal building design for Thailand (our first villa stay), and was not a big issue, but we would have preferred hot water from the taps (but we just used the kettle when needed), temperature in the hot tub was comfortable and we enjoyed it, but we would have liked a little boost when soaking after our hikes.

Perfect distance from Oa Nang beach and Krabi town (we rented a car). Quiet, peaceful, beautiful area in the mountains, but easy access to restaurants and activities. Hosts were extremely attentive and helpful. Wonderful place to stay.

It wasn't that far from Ao Nang, but every online meal or grocery delivery we ordered ended up being cancelled 30 mins after placing the order.

its a distance from the beach or eatries.. You need to have vechicle to move around.. Or just simply book a grab or rent a bike/car..

Owner is very frenly & response fast.. The Villa is so nice.. Well maintain.. The jaccuzi is the best.. Dont worry about your vehicle to park at the premises..The villa feel like home..

Sewage smell in the common toilet which we have to open the window to get rid some of the smell. Mosquitoes seen. There is only 1 wall mount cloth rack outside one of the common rooms, which is inconvenient for the rest to use.

The villa is spacious and clean. Our rented cars can be parked just outside it. Nice and quiet environment. We could even stargaze outside. Villa's staff, Ms Pennapa, is friendly and helpful.

Even though it’s three bedroom, only one bedroom has attached toilet and one common toilet. The toilets have no ventilation or exhaust fan. The pool is very small. No cleaning facilities during the whole stay unless you pay extra for it. No iron/ iron board in the facility. We asked for it and got one the next day. The property is located around 6km away from the AoNang beach and it’s impossible to get taxi or tuk-tuk from there.

They were stingy with body wash and shampoo, we ran out on the second day and purchased our own. Our towels all were wet by day 2 and we were not sure if they would replace or a fee was involved, the gave me the impression of being sticky and not trusting. Anyhow we did ask for replacement and they did change a couple of towels

They asking for money on everything you ask them .. I asked for blankets they charge me .. and the pool and the villa light from outside side it will be off from midnight and we can not control it because it’s the property owner they controlling everything it’s bad service from them
