The hotel is a bit old-school. The shower and the room interior a bit outdated but the value for money is still great. No major downsides during our stay!

The hotel is not too far from the nightlife hotspot Si Lom (about 10 min by taxi or tuktuk or 30 min walk). The rooftop pool has a nice view surrounded by the skyscrapers. The staff was very friendly.

Unfortunately we did not have the room we booked. We were upgraded to an executive room however, it was dated and need of modernisation.

The location is excellent for access to BTS and river boats. The staff are very friendly and willing to help.

I have no doubt this was a very high end hotel when it opened but sadly its in desperate need of refurbishment and modernisation. It's not horrible by any means but i think having the rooftop pool is the only reason why they are still a 4 star hotel. The location isn't bad but depending on what time you leave the hotel there is a pile of trash on the curb next to the carpark and the whole street smells really bad.

From the moment i crossed the door till i left, all the staff were amazing, everyone was super friendly, nice and respectful. I was greeted by everyone with a 5-star welcoming. Having a pool in the city its great for relaxing after a hot day and it also has a small gym and a bar next to the pool. The bedroom was massive and had several windows and the bed was huge and surprisingly comfortable.

Cigarette burn marks on the bathtub. Some of the appliances could need some renovation or replacement.

To be honest I didn’t like the location that much but

I booked cheap for our honeymoon but they upgraded the room without charging. Staff was so nice especially NARATHIP who is receptionist. She was really helpful and always smiles. Quality of hotel is really good for the price.

Bathtub/shower is a bed design. Water comes out onto the floor from end of the bathtub. My room also had bad drainage in the shower and the safe was broken off the shelf. I requested a new room and the staff were very nice about that.

Excellent location, just a 10 minute walk to the riverfront and also the transportation system. Rooftop pool is nice and the view at night is beautiful. Excellent (Michelin star)Restaurant next door to the hotel ( out the front door, turn right). It’s called Sanyod. Other places to eat nearby on the small street to left of the hotel. Easy to get a Grab transportation from the hotel. (download the app on your phone)
