There was some kind of issue with the Bathroom(possibly issue with the piping), it was smelly and it also spoilt the ambience and atmosphere.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The location is superb, offering breathtaking mountain views that make every moment special. The room, while cozy, is more than enough for two people, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was the option to use the hotel's shuttle service to the beach for a reasonable fee of 100 baht. While we mostly enjoyed the 20-25 minute walk to the beautiful Kamala Beach, having the convenience of a shuttle was a nice touch. For those with bikes, the beach is just a quick 5-minute ride away, making it even more accessible. However, I would like to offer a constructive suggestion for improvement. The hotel's restaurant, while convenient, could use some enhancement. Unfortunately, the food served was not as flavorful or fresh as we had hoped. It would be wonderful to see an upgrade in the restaurant's offerings to match the overall excellence of the hotel. Despite this minor setback, I would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers. The positives far outweigh the negatives, and with a few tweaks to the dining options, this place could easily become a five-star destination. The attentive staff, stunning views, and comfortable accommodations make it a memorable choice for a getaway. I look forward to returning and experiencing any positive changes that may come.

We had trash in our room when we came in. They also dump trash down the hill behind the hotel. Smells bad. The gym equipment is poorly maintained.

Everything was good

There isn't the restaurant service also for the breakfast but avery rooms has a little kitchen. The swimming pool is really quite whit a lot of green outside, beautifull place to relax! The staff was really kind with us with all our request!

There was no breakfast and if you wanted it they would get it from another hotel but it would have been cold by the time you got it so we had to go down to a restaurant every morning. The pool had no umbrellas and in Thailand heat it was impossible to sit around without them. They had umbrella stands fixed into the concrete on the other side of the pool but you couldn't fit one in anyway as the trees were in the way. There was a restaurant /cafe advertised on the sign but it was totally empty. We moved out 4 days earlier than planned.

The room was lovely. Very spacious. The grounds were also very private and quiet with lots of trees.

The man who works at the reception (night time) was not helpful and not kind. Shuttle buses are not in the time. I was waiting him long time under the rain but didn’t come. Swimming pool needs to be clean.

General Maintenance in rooms needed, Gym needs a facelift. Walls are thin, so can hear neighbors during the night.

Was very upset that restaurant there was closed and pool bar as well. No shops around the house at all. Would be nive to have small fridge at the reception with water and beer.

The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast and it doesn’t have a restaurant or bar where you can get drinks. You need to take a shuttle bus to another hotel which is 10 min away to get breakfast and that breakfast was absolutely awful!!! This hotel shouldn’t sell rooms with breakfast because they literally don’t have any and going to another hotel is very inconvenient. The pool looked nice but we didn’t use it because we would have liked to enjoy it with a bit of music and drinks but the place is dead and has zero atmosphere which is a shame because the facilities are great and the surroundings beautiful. Also the staff doesn’t speak English very well, they need to work on that.

The room was very nice and modern. Very well equipped with a balcony and good sized bathroom. Bed was super comfortable.

love this place! I liked that it was away from Kalama beach which I found so hectic. my bedroom was like sleeping up top amongst the wonderful forest.

We stayed here for new years eve so the prices were understandably a bit inflated for the time of year but we were pleasantly surprised after reading a lot of mixed reviews. The rooms feel like serviced apartments and everything was very clean. The shuttles running to the beach and town were very regular and even took us down and picked us up when we arrived late on the first night. There was always someone at reception to help us. The pool is small but clean, we didn't use it as would rather spend time at the beach. It's more of a hotel than a resort but with the use of the shuttle it's a great location.

The room was neat and big. One side of the room is all floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. We could view the lush green mountain outside. It was very quiet, very peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We wanted to experience the vibrant, busy side during the day but come back to such a setting at night and it was exactly what we were looking for. They give you utensils, oven, microwave and refrigerator which is extremely useful for a long stay. The staff was super sweet as are all people in general from Thailand. They helped us book a taxi to the airport while going back as well. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

Breakfast was in a separate location (sister hotel nearby) but the property provided us with a shuttle back and forth. The breakfast was a buffet and it was really good. Because we have 2 children, they upgraded us from a deluxe room to a much bigger villa style apartment. It was very clean and it has a rooftop which overlooked parts of Kamala where hangout at night. The room was modern and it had all the appliances plus airconditioner. The best part is that it sits on a hill so you can see all of the city and there is nature all around. There is a steep hill to get to this property which will probably deter some people but if you have transportation or take the shuttle then its not a big deal. It is about 5 minutes to the quieter Kamala beach. The pool is also a plus, you can do laps or just take dip anytime. The staff was always helpful and nice. I would recommend this for families with children and those that loves nature.

The pool and gym facilities were a little worn, I assume the inactivity time during the pandemic was reflected in the low maintenance.

The bed was very comfortable, we had a nice view and the staff was friendly. the best was that we could check in before the usual time and that made our arrival smoother.

The sign of the property (reception) was not cleared display, even the taxi driver drove all the way to other villas. The noise/vibration from the A/C in the balcony.

The kitchen was not equipped enough, we took a room with kitchen to cook, but there was no pan or even kitchen towel.. There was no restaurant or any bar on the territory, it is closed. The pool is really small :)
