Hotel is a bit out from the main areas meaning walking is possible but not very safe after dark with dimly lit streets and broken footpaths. No evening resturant in the hotel meaning no alternative but to leave for evening meal and there is nothing decent near by so a taxi is required however taxi's are very cheap.

Very clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful Buffet style breakfast was very fresh and tasty. Pool and gym were also a great addition.

The apartment was excellent and luxurious. Very spacious. The breakfast was very good, the pool and gym very modern and lovely. The frangipani trees are a gorgeous sight in the beautiful garden. The staff are amazing. The hotel offers a massage service that is within walking distance, affordable and very relaxing. There is also laundry service at a good rate. On all levels a perfect stay.

It was a little bit inconvenient from the town centre but not too bad.

We love staying at The Grand Napat. The location is good as we have a vehicle. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast is pretty good. It is near the following: JJ market (weekend), 7-Eleven, massage, and a car wash in the parking lot. The pool is great and there is a workout room.

The shower was cold when we used it, aside from that no real complaints.

This hotel is a strong choice for a trip here. The staff are friendly and helpful, the location is good, and the facilities are very nice. Sadly we came during the burning season, but we didn't feel the smog impacted our room, so we were relieved about that. There is a 7/11 and a launderette very close to the hotel that are both 24/7. The WiFi is stable.

In the evening there were some Internet issues, but not very annoying. Hotel rooms and GYM are not brand new anymore but still in good condition. Actually it's not easy to point out anything wrong.

The Staff is amazing. Everybody is very nice and kind, always smiling. Nice pool area. Kind of oasis in the city. You can rest here hearing sounds of waterfall and birds instead of cars. Very good breakfast. You can eat regional food or European/American breakfast. About 150m from the hotel there is really good massage service, seven eleven 7/11 and after 5p.m. there are a lot of street foods for just about 50thb/portion and it's super tasty!

Only downside is that there aren't enough sun loungers by the pool, so if it gets busy, there's nowhere to lay down. Also, the hotel is around a 30/40minute walk to the main Old Town Square.

Really lovely place! Room was really big, beds were amazingly comfortable. The addition of a microwave was nice. Bathroom was big and shower really nice! The breakfast was probably one of the best we've have here in Thailand. They cook to order, but also have a nice spread of Thai food, fruit, cakes etc too. The staff were really nice and help get our documents sorted for our visa extension. The pool was also really nice and the gym was a good added benefit.
