Bed was a little firm for me. Shower was like a water saver type.. not strong flow

A small downside is this is one of those hotels that force you to keep your electricity turned off when you are out of the room by giving you a big clunky key fob, which means I can't leave my laptop charging while gone and have to deal with the fob while walking around. Internet could be a bit better but was passable.

As a person with a laptop, I appreciate that the small table in the room is big enough to work on, if only barely. Nice to have a pool and balcony. Management is responsive. I rented a car, but the Pattaya Bus from the airport stops about 20m away which is very convenient.

Great location if you are catching the bus to Bangkok airport, less than 5 min walk. Friendly staff, nice little pool, large room, great bathroom with a shower stall.

The bed was ok, but the pillows were a little firm.

The facility was nice, clean and convenient. There was no refrigerator, which for a 1 night sty is not a problem, but booking for more days, it could be inconvenient. The pool also looked inviting, but I did not have time to swim.

No elevator combined with steep stairs are an unhealthy combination, when you travel with luggage. Also, we missed toiletries in the bathroom. Bed was on the hard side.

It is a bit outdated. There are no tours offered from the reception.

It has a great location next to the bus station and only 15 min walk to the beach. 7/11 is 8 min walk. There is a luxury spa right behind the hotel and an onsen about 10 min walk from it. The room is spacious, swimming pool is nice.

not a fault of the property but the street is a very busy area for traffic given the location. rooms are quite dark given the older, wooden style

the rooms are spacious and overlook a nice pool. the location is quiet, almost hidden, yet right beside the main road (and continual stream of 10 thai baht buses) which connects jomtien with pratumnak and pattaya. also the foodland and airport bus station is 1 minute on foot, as are good bakeries and cafes etc.

I put it here just as a precaution not a complaint, but since the hotel is a little out of the way you may wait for a Grab longer than usual.

Location - it's a little bit out of the way, but that's what we were looking for. There are plenty of options to eat around for every budget, the bus terminal is 2 min away, the night market can be reached in 10min and the beach is in 12min. The room was spacious, had a big balcony, was clean, great air-conditioning, very big bathroom with a nice size shower. The kettle, fridge and small kitchen area is also there. It feels more like a studio flat than just a hotel room.

Small and quiet, large rooms. The pool was cool, clean and refreshing. The staff were very attentive, efficient and friendly. The included breakfast was simple and sufficient. The Baht buses were constantly running past the front of the hotel in both directions and are great value. It took me about 10 minutes to walk to beach front and numerous restaurants and bars. The sports bar at the font of hotel has great aircon, many tv screens with plenty of sports along with good food and efficient staff.
