The rooms although comfortable and clean, did find the walls a bit thin if you had noisy neighbours so sound proofing could be a tad better or some people could be more courteous!

Location is very good. Short walk to Asok BTS station and Sukhumvit MRT station as well as Terminal 21 Mall.

As my room was facing the BTS track and main road, there are some low level noise at night but I was still able to sleep. There are only 2 lifts for such a tall building (38 floors) so it usually takes a while to get into a lift.

Great location, spacious and clean room. It is within 5 to 10 min walk to BTS and MRT station and also Terminal 21 shopping mall. There are also massage and nail salons, making it really convenient.

The property is starting to date, whilst everything is clean and functional.

Located in close to major shopping centre and transport hub (MTR & BTS). Facilities are good, with a pool and bar! Breakfast is excellent and most the staff are amazing

there are only 2 and quite slow, in the morning they can be very busy and may take some time to reach the requested floor.

the personnel is great, very kind and of great help. overall very clean facility. laundry is very efficient.

Cleanliness, toothbrush and dust found under bed, Got additional charge for small make up stain on bedding. Which we informed cleaning staff about. Staff didn’t inform us about this but when we came to check out we’re given a bill of 1800thb. Later this was reduced so why was this? This was handled poorly by staff when challenged. Would not recommended this hotel based on this . Would not return to this hotel. Breakfast not included in price

There were some stains on the top bed sheet, it looked like spilled coffee maybe? I was going to complain to reception but my wife is Thai and she didn’t want to make a fuss.

Location was great. Room had a great view of the city. The staff in the 35th floor restaurant. Jimmy, Fon & Fiat were brilliant.

The Lifts, the lifts and the lifts. (Actually only two of them for a 38 storey hotel.) Always baking hot and take a ridiculous time to arrive. Frequently go straight past your floor without stopping. On one occasion it took 20 mins and so I missed breakfast and went directly to work. I also found the lobby was too hot to hold a business meeting. The disastrous lifts mean I will unfortunately never be staying here again

the sound insulation is not very well, because we can hear some people who live near our room talking about their experience these days in Bangkok.

The location is near the BTS and MRT stations. It's good for us to take the public transfer. The breakfast is not many kind but delicious.

The bathroom drawer did not want to close properly, and the bathroom sink plug did not work and could not hold water in sink but not the end of the world.

Mostly clean but a bit run down and dated, and a bit far from the central part of the city.

Great budget 5 star hotel that might just be the best value for money deal out there. Rooms with huge panoramic windows, offering city views from the bed, and from the bathtub in the bathroom. On top of that a rooftop bool with a bar. Views hard to top, unless from the King Power skyscraper.

Only downfall was banging on the walls and our air conditioner was leaking water however that was fixed promptly.

Our stay was lovely, had all amenities location was great, rooms were very neat and tidy. Overall good value for money!
