Cleanliness in bathroom could be better as they are a bit dated this may be hard to manage. Only 1 towel for 2 guests came from housekeeping on 2 of our 3 nights.We requested another towel and had it delivered. Some of the staff had issues with service to our friends room delivering plates nearly throwing them and quite rude as we ordered room service for lunch on our first day there.

Restaurant closed at 11:30 PM which we were not able to watch EURO matches. Pool is small and same picture, also they close the pool by 9 PM

There was no iron board, makes it hard when the clothes in the luggage have been creased. The steps in the room pools should have some sort of grip, can be very slippery and hazardous.

The location was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially a young man by the name of Joe.

Prefer more counter space in the toilet, can consider installing an additional panel for guest to put their personal toiletries. Would have added a more personal touch if there were cutlery (spoon, forks, plates, bowls), dish-washing soap and sponge since they have a kitchenette in the family room.

The property was clean, very close to Patong beach. Like the jacuzzi we had in our one-room family suite. Wifi was good. The second-floor balcony was unblocked, had a good view of the beach. 10-15 mins walk from shops.

I appreciate housekeeping everywhere I stay and am ever so grateful for their work but here I found myself getting a little annoyed that we would leave for the day for an excursion to come back in the late afternoon/early evening to find the room still as it was left with no fresh towels to use after a long day in the sweltering heat. The options for breakfast were poor and very expensive for what there was on offer. I have a halal (or vegetarian when abroad) diet and there were barely any options.

Very convenient location, everything is walking distance. The room and bathroom were very generous in size. The staff were lovely and friendly.

There was nothing in particular that was to dislike.

The room was a little tired, but otherwise OK. The location was very good however, and friendly staff brought up the overall experience to one I'd be happy to repeat. The buffet breakfast was really very good.

Probably there could be more frequent shuttle service to the Jungceylon. Breakfast can include more options to cater to Indians as well. The taste and quality of Indian curry and breads can improve.

Location was excellent, breakfast was good but indian food was limited. This could be due to them hosting to a wide variety of nationalities. Room was neat and balcony accessible. All facilities were good and staff were friendly.

The location of the property was great. Close enough to walk everywhere but far enough away from noise. Short walk to the beach but the best thing was the rooftop pool and bar. Amazing views over the beach offered a relaxed quiet loaction to enjoy the views of Patong.

Breakfasts are not varied for all denominations. Lighting in the room is bad and there is no light to see anything - a nightmare. There is no water pressure in the shower at all, hot water drips and does not flow, which greatly affects the experience and the result of cold showers.

A beautiful and central hotel, there are many taxis and tuk tuks at the exit. The most central and beautiful beach, plenty of restaurants and shops and everything is within walking distance.
