Its got great features inside but the location is not the main khao lak beach or the surfing spots. For that you have to go 45 mins.

Lots of things to do inside. Facalities are great, great breakfast options and rooms are very tidy and they do a great job of taking care ofnthe guests

Breakfast the test a little down, The Staff in Egg bar not nice make customer a little scare to order. - Construction staff go direct to our room in back side we can understand but it better if they come after we check out

The resort was very quiet in early August.. not much of an atmosphere. The breakfast was very disappointing. My poached eggs were underdone and had a watery vinegar flavor. The hot food options did not look appealing.

Lovely resort in a peaceful location in Khao Lak. Our room was spacious and was in close proximity to the pool and the beach. The staff were quite friendly and we especially appreciated that they allowed us to check out late at 2pm rather than 12 to suit our schedule.

The hotel could do with a revamp in the bathroom.

The hotel has an excellent swimming pool. The location is good with very good proximity to shops and the beach. The hotel very comfortable. The restaurant is very good, the massage amazing and the staff lovely!

a little bit isolated, beach had serious stinger warning - may have gone elsewhere had I known… not property’s fault - but will influence where we stay

Breakfast was very basic for western breakfast. Plenty of fruit and breads, but hot food was quite poor.

Great location for a quiet holiday. Plenty of local restaurants and other facilities in essay walking distance. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Price is extremely affordable especially for the pool access villas.

Bathroom very tired. Needs renovating. Not many English channels. Pool needs some shade, maybe a sail over part of it. Asked for shower room after we had checked out as late flight. It was dreadful, no hot water & grubby.

Location just a short way from Khao Lak on a beautiful beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had a nice room with 1 double & 2 single beds near the pool. Breakfasts very good, lots of choice. Staff very nice. Maya Cafe excellent, staff also very good.

Bed was abit hard, pool area was not cleaned - dirty bandage, tissue and cigarette ends were left there the 4 days we were there - needs more attention.

Room was big and clean, nice size balcony. Pool was good size lots of loungers. Beach was beautiful lovely sand went on for mikes so great walk. Nice beach bars along beach.

The maintenance of the room could be improved. We found the sofa and the tea table covered by dust. Also the locks on the bathroom door and the main door were a bit difficult to open.

The hotel has direct access to the beach and the room is spacious. The breakfast was also nice with lots of options. The nearby area is a small neighborhood where you can find some restaurants. Not in the main town in Khao Lak but it gives you some quietness.

The bed was too uncomfortable. The only hotel were we had a bad night sleep in 15 nights we spent in Thailand. Glad we were there only for 1 night.

The hotel is good enough for the money we paid but the bed was very uncomfortable. We were in an old building, there seems to be a newer building, I suppose beds would be more comfortable there. Super easy access to the beach. The swimming pool was way too hot, we couldn’t use it, it felt more like a spa. Breakfast was decent with a good variety of food.

This is a massive hotel. Looking at the information in reception it caters for a least 6 package companies. The resulting service reflects this. Towels on sun beds by 6:30 am. There are many hotels on this beach that have a warmer feeling

The hotel’s design felt a bit dated, the rooms on the other side of the road (where we were) are some distance from the beach and main pool area and has no bar etc., so while it was nice it felt a bit "off" location-wise. Breakfast was nice but with quite a lot of people so a bit stressful.

Large, nice pool at the swim-up rooms on the other side of the road (felt very private), beach was very nice.
