Loved the location. Right in the Old Town. Room was beautiful, clean, great shower, great aircon, lovely balcony. Great friendly attentive staff. Booked our ferry and transfer for us. Pool was the highlight! So beautiful and refreshing 😀

This is a great little hotel, very clean, modern….situated just at the end of the old town. Location is wonderful, 2 mins walk to town centre, and it’s so quiet. Great staff, so helpful with room, laundrette and ongoing trip to islands, made my journey very easy. Very clean, great bed, kettle for tea/coffee. Highly recommend this hotel. Great pool for cooling off after the day.

Best location, just a short walk to the Sunday night market, cafes, restaurants and nightlife. Perfect location for the Vegetarian Festival. Clean rooms, very comfortable beds, and big balcony. Maids were very good, and the front desk was helpful in getting transportation to airport. They also have affordable laundry service.

1. Too much washing detergent used for cleaning - Floor is Sticky! 2. Swimming pool has a lot of chlorine. 3. To reach the swimming pool you need to walk through the reception and around through parking area

Good clean and nicely setup room close to old town. Decent and described properly, so no real surprises. That's a good thing. All went well and thought this was a good place. I'd say, go for it, if the budget is right for you, book and you'll be happy.

No lift, so be aware is you have trouble with stairs you'd need to request a ground floor room

Location for the sunday street market was amazing. Beautifully presented hotel, set back off the main road. There is a wholesale market nearby and other reviews mentioned the early morning noise but we weren't bothered by that at all.

The pool was lovely, though it could use a bit of updating, as some tiles were starting to come loose.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Phuket Town and had a very pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the town, but set back from the main road, so it was wonderfully quiet. My room was great, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night's sleep. The service was truly wonderful; the staff were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The pool was lovely and provided a nice spot to relax.

The property didn’t have someone at the front desk 24/7. This place didn’t have an elevator so do not come with big luggages. The blinds in our room could have been cleaned better because we saw the dirtiness.

The location was great, inside the old city. Overall we liked the property very much, friendly staff and clean.

Not the property’s fault, as I booked the pool access room, some guest were using the pool past the opening time at 3am! You could hear everything, there were some nights where I did not get any sleep

Very nice hotel in a good location of Phuket old town. The staff were really nice and even helped booked a lot of our trips such as water park and ferry’s. The beds were really comfy and the air conditioning was amazing. Pool stays open all day and night. Good value for money.

No furnitures on the balcony and the pool and pool area is in need of a little renovation/upgrade

Quiet location down an alley, so away from the street and all the people, so location was really perfect. Room was very nice and clean, felt newly renovated. We appreciated the pool and the possibility to take a cooling dip after market and shopping. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
