The Sea view is so amazing 🤯

We had a most wonderful family holiday (5 people) in this house that we called home for 2 weeks in July 2024. Phil, the Dane, was always very helpful throughout the whole time. Arranging taxi from the airport, a taxi company that we continued use all holiday, great tips for restaurants and a nice lady that did our clothes washing! We loved the house and what a view down to Thong Son Bay from our terrace, the infinite pool that was for all 4 apartments was a great plus for the whole family. Thank you Phil we are sure many more people will have wonderful holidays in your amazing apartment complex. The bay was lovely quiet, less people and that we appreciated very much, the beach was brilliant and we enjoyed food both in the local Thai restaurant or the beach resort. If we wanted more liveliness we took a taxi to the famous beaches or especially Fisherman’s Village with both more wonderful restaurants, the night market and the fire show on the beach. We can highly recommend staying here and your holiday will be making good memories for a lifetime!

Sight was absoultely great Environment was quiet In The neighbor there is Security guard right next so you feel very comfortable when uou come late night in The dark time. Parking was also free so it was easy to love around The city. Owner was so kind and honest that makes Aldo eady to Ask any questions delayed to thai culture or to any extra help. He was kind and well hospitality. He had all answer.

The best view in Kho Samui! To wake up with the sun streaming in was so inspiring. Phil the owner was more than helpful in every regard- organising taxis/ recommendations for restaurants/ great communication.. Felt like a penthouse apartment on top of the world. Beach only a few minutes walk. Centrally located. Highly recommend!!!

Beautifal appartment, with amazing views. Everything is very clean. The host is very helpfull and knows al lot about the island and what are the best things to do there. Location is a bit furter from all the shops and restaurants but nice place to relax and the views are definitelly worth it.

Very modern, clean and comfortable accommodation in a quiet location with easy access to beach and a nice local restaurant. The outstanding feature, however, are the mesmerising sea views, that we couldn't get enough of. Also, Phil is a great host, excellent comms and very supportive. Added expense for electricity would rather it be added in the price , Washing machine would of been nice although the property could of got this done wasn’t so convenient for us

The view was to die for , modern property loved the area the beach and the fishing village market which was close was amazing for food shopping and entertainment . Host Philip was more than accommodating

If there were easiest way to deal with locking the doors, because you have to close each one since it is separate rooms but it is just slight inconvenience and has nothing to do with completely positive aftertaste with staying there. Thanks to Phil, the owner

I liked everything there. View and the pool are amazing . Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Host is an amazing guy, very friendly, I guess meeting every guest himself, and taking care of everything in the place. And I guess he had a rule and had to charge us for electricity but he didn’t, which shows how he cares about your comfort rather than money

There is nothing to dislike. This place is paradise.

Amazing villa with a magnificent view. Very comfortable stay in secluded tophill location, at the same time just 10-15 min drive to vibrant Chaweng or Fisherman village. A shared pool is also splendid. Philip provided us with all necessary recommendations and suggestions for dining and leisure. We would be happy to return someday.

The pool was cold but that is out of the control of the owner. As it was December the pool could not heat up during the day. I'm sure this not an issue during the summer.

We loved the ocean view, we couldn't get enough of it! Watching the sunrise was a highlight. The living space was big and so comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were large and extremely comfortable. The owner Philip was very polite and helpful, as he catered to all our needs. Very easy check-in and check-out. The infinity pool was great too with an awesome view of course.

There wasn’t one thing that I was disappointed in

Property was spotless and beautiful. The views from the Villa were incredible. Phil the host was incredible he couldn’t have been any more helpful, any queries/demands he was on hand to get things right for us right away. Look forward to returning in the near future and would recommend to anyone to stay here as the property and host are a absolute gem. พระเจ้าอวยพร

AMAZING VIEW We spend 6 nights in this beautiful Villa. The first thing you will notice is the stunning view from one of the three balkonies. We truly had a magical stay and the host phillip is a very nice and caring person. 10/10, would definitly recommend.

Stunning views! We chose the villa because of the stunning views and they really are. The residence is very spacious, very well decorated, the beds are very comfortable, it is close to the beach, although you have to climb a few stairs on the way back, but we didn't mind. It is good to have a car, but we managed without one too. The Thongson Bay is not big, but there are not many people and you feel as the beach is just for you. The owner welcomed us when we arrived, helped us with the luggage, gave us useful tips and was always available on WhatsApp if needed. Thank you Phil for the amazing stay! We would come back again.

Small point... A guide showing what to do in the area. Philip was very helpful with ideas, but a map of the area showing the local attractions, laundry, 7-11, moped hire, taxi options, etc would have helped.

Quiet hill-top location, with excellent views over the local beach which is a short walk away, having bars, jet ski and other activities. Short taxi ride to Fisherman's Village, full of restaurants and bars. Lovely relaxing infinity pool with shade during the midday sun, also with great views of the beach

We rented a spacious apartment with three bedrooms. Comfortable beds, good quality bed linen. A large living room in which we watched movies in the evenings. A gorgeous terrace on the street, where we had breakfast and sunbathed. A magnificent swimming pool, available when renting an apartment. Premium location, best view of Koh Samui. Convenient parking.
