We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

DenmarkA few ants in the room. We booked accommodation with breakfast, but eating in the reception felt a bit awkward with the owner's family spending their time in it. Breakfast was mostly egg-based options and not of a highest quality, but justified by price (150 baht for meal, fruit plate, juice and coffee).
The staff was very nice, although didn't speak English well. There was also a very nice pool in the neighboring hotel, which we could use.

Lovely staff, felt like home. Spacious, clean and cute rooms with balcony area and good AC. Not too far from the beach but taxi/grab/motorbike hire is recommended to get there. 7-11 walking distance around the corner.

United KingdomWe had an issue with ants in our room. Our shower didn’t drawn properly and the room didn’t appear to have been fully cleaned when we first checked in. However we didn’t raise any of these issues as we weren’t staying for long so they may have been able to resolve these. The location was ok but slightly out of town however it was still a walkable distance or cheap to get a taxi.
The rooms were a nice layout with a lovely balcony which you could watch the sunset from. Checking in and out was very easy.

Really pretty location near a national park. There was a 7 eleven near by which was very handy.

United StatesHave no idea why the prior reviews are so high. The location is 3+ kilo meters (50 minutes walk) away from Ao Nang beach which is where all the action is. You will have to rent a scooter (250 per day) or pay 200 each way for a tuktuk. You are better off paying a bit more and stay close to center. The water constantly stagnated in our shower.

This place is not near the beach. You have to take a tuk tuk to reach aonang beach around 15 mins away. The rooms are basic and the bathroom wall is plain cement. ☹️☹️

Slovakiaeverything was perfect- the people, the location, equipment in the room, tuktuk available... We would definitely come back here the next time.
very nice acomodation close to a nice Nopharat beach (walking distance) and close by tuktuk to Ao Nang, The rooms itself were beautiful, very clean with AC, hot water, hair dryer and nice small balcony with a green view. The wifi was perfect in the room. The staff was always very helpful, they brought me every day to the hospital because of my dengue fever and didnt wat nothing for that, I appreciate it very much!
