We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Francesome staff need to be trained more. check in should be more organised cannot get a swimming pool towel after 6pm but the swimming pool closes at 7pm and no beach towels in the rooms.

PolandYou are very close to nature, so sometimes you can come across a lizzard. If you are afraid of them (like me) you might have some discomfort. Missing a playground for kids.
Great hotel, perfect place to relax and slow down. Nice personel, great swimming pool area. Altough it is a big complex you do not feel crowded by the pool. Rooms with direct access to the pool are a great thing :)

MalaysiaThere were some broken tiles in the shallow pool. My son got a few cuts on his foot playing in the shallow pool.
We absolutely love the architecture of the buildings. It is well maintained and the garden is so beautiful. The room with pool access is spacious, and the bed is huge for a family of 3. The pool is huge, with many lagoons and islands to explore. The breakfast spread is quite nice with many halal options for us. They have free shuttle to Patong and Kamala beach for the guests. The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly.

IranThere are also terrible mosquitoes. As soon as we arrived, they made the trip bitter for us. At least the lobby of the hotel should be covered and have a cooling system and no mosquitoes.

ThailandIt is all about cleanliness; we found two baby centipedes inside the bathtub and nearby, so we informed staff, and they came to spray insecticide into the drain. We found centipedes on the first night. We felt that these actions were insufficient and unacceptable. We believed that this case required more responsibility and action.
We were surprised by the variety of activities available at this location, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
