- The room that we were given has no lift. It can be difficult sometimes to go up and down. - Our room given is scenery of the hotel back kitchen alley, which is so un plesant. - The hotel is located next to a cemetery, which we didn't know upon booking. Giving us a not so good feeling, but however luckily we managed, even thought on our last night there, the electricity when of 3 times but just for a few seconds and it got back. Lol. -Overall my stay at the property is Average due to the location. Other than that, I am very happy.

- All the front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful especially the one name Ms Samon. She has been very helpful and easy to communicate most of the time. -This trip is for my daughter's 18th Bday and on her Birthday we were surprised by the hotel with a fruits platter. We were so touched by the Hotel's wonderful gesture. - Our room is cleaned daily by house keeping team, which gave us a nice feeling after a long day out at the beach. - The hotel taxi driver is also very reliable. My daughter left her phone in his car and he helped to bring it back and handed it to the reception. We were so happy when Samon arranged the same driver to the airport on departure. - The breakfast buffet is just average and almost the same dish everyday. But we have no complaints about it.

It’s was a shame it ended on a negative note as when we checked out they accused us of taking towels but really there wasn’t communication that the cleaner had swapped said towels out for less one evening.

Struggling to fault this hotel, its really a nice place. There were lots of guests when I was there for 5 nights, and I didn't hear anyone complain. Go ahead and book.

The location was a 5 minute walk to Patong beach. It's very quiet with a very nice pool. breakfast was delicious with live cooking station. The staff were the friendliest you can imagine. Large but sparsely furnished rooms, with small but adequate balconies. Walkable distance to all the main areas of Patong, but away from the crowds. I would recommend this hotel, I went off season, so the price was reasonable. The photos on their website are a good reflection of the hotel but some of the paintwork has long since faded on the entrance road. Rooms were cleaned daily, beach/pool towels are free to use. Any minor issues were fixed quickly.

Breakfast guy was inflexible when I wanted coffee (from the machine so no trouble) at 0650 when breakfast starts at 0700. I spoke with the manager and that was sorted out At 5* hotels that wouldn't have been necessary. Some people are just a bit rubbish when it comes to good customer service. Probably needs a bit more training I think. There's no gym - but I knew that.

2nd time at this hotel. Rooms are large and comfortable. Pool is lovely. Breakfast is good. Good location near to the beach and restaurants etc

It was billed as superior room and, I shouldn’t complain as it was cheap, but mozzies in the bathroom, shower head was leaking all over the place, slight off it’s best feel

The only drawback was, we got a room on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator in the property. Had to get our bags up and down ourselves if we had some major shopping to get done.

We totally loved the impression we got right from the time the friendly concierge welcomed us and then were greeted by the front desk. Lovely, quiet and decent atmosphere.

Other guests making a lot of noise, smoking, making my room smelly. But can't be helped. So your enjoyment depends on your neighbours.

Breakfast was great. Totally worth it, especially the mini croissants where you put them into the toaster and then butter them. Bed was comfortable, drinking water was always available.

The rooms near the pool smell dump.Not suitable for individuals with asthma,or something like that.There are big rats,and cockroaches in the night around the pool,so not for someone afraid of those.The management should take care about them,even if they were not an issue for us,but it may be for others..

The pool was excellent.The surroundings in the courtyard are lush green.The staff is great.Cleaning the room is everyday.The breakfast is outstanding.The hotel is very clean in overall.The beach is 5 minutes walk away,and every ammenities are close by. 7

- the hotel is located beside the cemetery which is a bit creepy for me - our room was kind of old and musty when i went in. the hotel staff only gave 1 key card when i booked for 2 peopl stay so i had to remove the card time i walked out and the room wud smell when i come back. - the toilet stink so i had to always turn on the exhaust otherwise it wud stink. - was not able to use the pool cos ther are bird poop. Nevertheless, it was a really good value. Location was more important.

-its just few meters walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby and walk behind to another street for other choices of reataurants and walk towards bangla road and souvenir shops. -wifi was super fast and the location of the beach hav so many little shops that sells grilled fish, meat, corn, fruit shakes and etc. - its really impt to get a hotel tat is walking distance to the beach becos the tuktuk , taxi are very expensive about 300 baht to each 1 way.. but if u use grab bike then about 30-40 baht only . - room aircon was super cold, king size bed with 4 pillows, complete room amenties with water, coffee, slippers etc
