This is the cutest, most welcoming little place I think I’ve ever been to. The staff is amazing, bungalows are cozy and there’s a cute breakfast spot right by. Quiet and lovely area. Definite recommend!!

A peaceful, clean, well set up and conveniently located stay. The beach was only a short walk away. It was perfect for us as we enjoyed being situated on a peaceful part of the island. The rooms are thoughtfully set up and the staff are very helpful and kind.

Wonderful quiet accommodation close to the beach. It is near the village which provides basic shops and great local places to eat. Along the lovely beach there are plenty of bars and restaurants offering a wide choice of food and drinks. The owners are great and so helpful. It is next to Siam house breakfast cafe which is beautiful. The jungle is very nearby and we also discovered a Buddhist monastery.

This is not the first time we have booked this place. Ed helped us rent a motorbike and helped us with any questions. Quiet, cozy place next to a beautiful beach. We will be glad to come again!

Nothing. It was perfect.

Everything!! The location is really nice, so are the bungalows and the garden. You have a lot of privacy because of the way the houses are positioned. Ed goes out of his way to make sure you have an amazing stay. We wished we booked more nights here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Thai Terrace Bungalow. We booked for 7 nights but ended up extending. The location was perfect for us traveling with a 2 year old. Very quiet and only a short walk away from the beach (2 min). Lots of restaurants nearby (our favorites were Pat&Da for dinner and Siam House for breakfast). The owner was also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place, great atmosphere, very chill and quiet, the owner is super nice and friendly, it's just 50m to the beach, and it's one of the best beaches in Koh Phangan. We couldn't imagine a better place for this money. Highly recommend!

We had some issues with our AC, it could have used some repair, but overall it worked :)

The bungalows are nice, compact and clean. The location is perfect, 3 minutes walk to the beach which was very clean when we visited. There is no breakfast provided, but there is a coffee with an amazing atmosphere right next to the bungalows. There was also laundry service provided on the premises. Keep in mind though, that this part of the island is a bit secluded, far away from the parties, it might take 30-40 mins (or 600-1000 BHT) on dangerous roads to get to the south or west (piers as well). Otherwise, if you come to a more chilled vacation, the place is perfect. There were bars, restaurants, beautiful nature around and with zero crowds :)

Beautiful relaxed atmosphere close to beach yet sheltered from wind. Simple bungalows with hammock on verandah a nice touch and a feeling of privacy. Clean, quiet, cosy . Som's Seafood -excellent authentic Thai food fresh and tasty just across the way. Friendly helpful hosts. Close to everything yet quiet.

The property is in a very small town/village so would require a motorbike/moped as the next town is only a 25 minute walk but is very steep and hilly. To get a taxi is very expensive considering it is less than a 5 minute drive.

Lovely little huts with everything you need for a short stay, room to hang some clothes and store two large suitcases. Air conditioned rooms which stayed nice and cold even when you was not in them. Lovely patio areas with nice outside space to relax. All huts on a lovely piece of green land.

If you're not looking for, or you aren't able to get a beach front bungalow - but obviously want to be as close to the beach as possible, then this is the best alternative. Loved it. And would defo stay again.

Great location in a peaceful garden only a few minutes walk from the beach or the shops and restaurants on the main road. Ed the manager was always cheerful and always available to help with advice and taxi bookings etc. I was lucky to be upgraded to the mountain view room...which did have a wonderful view and was spotlessly clean and comfortable.
