Really clean, spacious room, smart tv for downtime, location is right near the beach and close to a 7 eleven.

Being completely selfish a pool would tick all boxes but you can never get all your wishes !

Beach house excellent location adjoining Turtle restaurant also excellent ! Kim the boss was brilliant so helpful and friendly ! In organizing everything even down to luxury transport on our last day drive to Krabi

Nothing - everything was great!!

I loved everything about this accommodation. Kim and her team were so friendly and helpful, they couldn’t do enough for me. I had the bungalow directly opposite reception, which was a great size and had air con (which was such a blessing!). Really comfortable bed, and more than enough wardrobe space and space overall. I loved sitting on my terrace, so lovely to sit and read my book, bliss! The team also helped me plan a few excursions and my onward journey. Fantastic customer service. Location was excellent. Right next to the beach and a short walk to a decent selection of restaurants and bars etc.

We had such an amazing stay here, and stayed longer than initially planned because it was so good. Great location, tasty restaurant right next door on the sea front with fab entertainment and a beautiful beach walk to a great cocktail place. Bungalow was spacious, very soft towels and pillows, attentive cleaners and friendly staff. Kim was great, handy advice and local knowledge. Anything you need, just ask. We changed our next travel plans based on her advice and are glad that we took it. Wish we were back there ☀️

We had a wonderful stay at Thai House, the location just off the beach was perfect and the staff so friendly and helpful. When we arrived we realised it was super hot so asked reception for an upgrade to an air-conditioned room. For a nominal fee we were upgraded to a fabulous room with super cool air-conditioning. I have to say the cleanliness of the resort both in the room and gardens was exceptional. Our stay there was great we were close to the beach and a lovely beach side restaurant in the resort 'Turtle Beach'.

AC was a little inefficient, didn't fully cool the room.

I originally booked 2 nights and ended up staying for 5-6! The owner was lovely! I got sick while I was there and she was very accommodating :) Location was great for long walks on the beach. 7-11 right nearby. Room had everything you could need.

The air-conditioning did not cool down the concrete bungalow which made it very uncomfortable to sleep at night

Great location, right on the beach and with a 7/11 two minutes walk away. Great restaurants in the area, on site restaurant with discounted breakfast for hotel residents. Great massage available overlooking the sea. Rooms immaculately clean and facilities that you would normally expect at a much higher priced hotel. The owner is amazingly friendly and flexible. She helped us book transfers and motorbike rental, both were really easy.

Shower could do with upgrading but a minor issue

Such a cool chilled place it is hard to believe you are only a few minutes from a busy road. Kim and her staff could not be more helpful and the fact that you have a great restaurant and massage on the beach is just the icing on the cake. A true paradise.

This little gem of a place is amazing, it has it all from amazing staff who are very helpful to the excellent location and facilities. The beach is beautiful n sunsets are amazing !!!!

Location is great and Kim and the staff are all absolutely fantastic and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and more. We couldn't have been happier with our time here in Koh Lanta.

There was nothing to complain about

We just stayed for one night but loved everything about it: The friendly staff, the beautiful house (we had a Thai House), the well kept, beautiful garden and being so close to the wonderful Long beach. The whole We will come back if we stay at Long Beach for sure!

Only thing is that I would advise guests to not wash white clothes, but I guess this is everywhere in Thailand.

Prices at hotel restaurant are a way too high. Go to street and you can get eat at least 4 times cheaper :) Water pressure at bathroom not so good. Also they could provide more essentials like shampoo and shower gel. We had 3 small packs for a 3 persons room for 3 nights. One of our beds was quite noisy when turning yourself in bed :D Those are just small things, but would make the stay even better :)

We had booked a room without aircon. When checking in they offered us better room with aircon with reasonable extra charge, was really worth it. They also provide opportunity to refill your waterbottles free of charge. Was really convinient and cool! Really nice staff, always so smiling, helpful and friendly. Lovely place to stay at.

Perfect spot on the beach , nice restaurant and perfect host , top location to explore the island . Very helpful staf and nice and quite place to stay , we really enjoyed our stay here. Hope to be back one day.

I extended my stay here - which probably says it all! The English owner, Kim, is just the most lovely, super helpful person. I think lots of people stick around when they find it. The bungalow I was in was clean and comfortable. I loved sitting outside chatting to everyone as they passed by. It’s super close to the beach and you can get a great massage their over looking the water. The Turtle restaurant that’s by the resort, has the most phenomenal sunset views. They open late for breakfast though - but there’s lots of other places to eat. There’s a 7-11 and great pharmacy very close by. They arranged tuk tuks, taxis and any trips I fancied doing. They also - brilliantly - had a water cooler where you could fill your own water bottles.I’d definitely book in advance because it seemed very busy!

Uncomfortable mattresses as well as balcony furniture. Apart from that, nothing :)

Nice location. Close to shops, restaurants, bars, massage places and beach. Bungalow functional, but a bit run down. Very nice and helpsome staff. Good food in Turtle Beach restaurant. Strong WiFi.
