Location was further out than we expected, 30 minute walk to Lamai centre however the hotel does provide a shuttle 3 times a day. I think if you're happy to be in a very quiet part of Samui this hotel would suit Boxing bags provided in the rooms however you could hear them being hit in other rooms, sometimes as late as 11pm We found the in house activities to be quite expensive compared to other tours you could book outside of the hotel Breakfast could be improved to have more selection Laundry was very expensive - we chose to have our laundry done across the road for a quarter of the price

Like loads of people said before, it’s located next to a busy road and with hardly any soundproofing it’s quite noisy. With earplugs it didnt bother us much tho.

It’s a beautiful hotel with very friendly staffmembers. We got taken care off really well. The food is nice although a bit pricy (same for massages). The room was clean and had everything you needed. The muay thai theme throughout the hotel is very nice.

EVERYTHING! Great staff and atmosphere, great facilities, including gym, pool and spa. Clean, spacious, comfortable room with plenty of Thai Fight amenities. Nice and easy location with beaches nearby. Wonderful breakfast with an amazing view overlooking the sea. The hotel is one of a kind and the staff went above and beyond. We were sad to leave and hope to return. Hands down, best hotel in Koh Samui.

Food was not good: breakfast products quality was not very good, I wouldn’t mind paying more but have better quality and nicer breakfast. When I am in a nice place on holiday a nice breakfast is very important to me. Also, we wanted to have some snacks at the pool at night as well but there was another table of maybe 8 people and kitchen was too busy we would have to wait 25min to get fried calamari. Kitchen is not very professional. Finally this is just a suggestion but having a DJ or chill music and cocktail in the pool like some beach clubs in Phuket (Cafe del Mar, etc.) would be really really nice We also tried massage, we were two me and my girlfriend. I had a good experience but my girlfriend got a younger girl and she didn’t enjoy, the masseuse was not putting enough pressure like just touching her but not massaging, she asked several time to put more pressure but she did not change. Massage was 5/10. But the place and environment was 10/10.

Very pretty rooms, hotel is amazing and very friendly staff, there is not much to change to make it the best hotel in Koh Samui, most important things are there: amazing pool, rooms and very pretty environment.

Just a small thing but when I asked for extra drinking water for my room the staff were unable or unwilling to accommodate.

A very unique hotel, the theme is really well done throughout and it’s not just a gimmick with the boxing ring and classes. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and having breakfast overlooking the beach was just fantastic.

The breakfast was good, but we had better in Bangkok. I reckon due to the size of the hotel, they can’t put out a big spread. The kids didn’t like the pancakes, and the pastries didn’t taste fresh. It is a seafront hotel with sandy beach but I didn’t realise we won’t able to actually swim. We had to go through about 100 m sallow water and stones, corals before we reached a bit deeper sea.

Beautiful, modern built middle sized hotel; the garden is gorgeous full of water futures. We booked the seafront villa with private pool, it was amazing! The pools are open 7-19 but in the villa, you can get a night swim anytime! We had few more rooms different place too. One with the sea view with balcony, wonderful views, the tub on the balcony is surprisingly good. Oh, it was on the third floor but no need to climb too many stairs, the lift made it very comfortable. All the stuff is super helpful and friendly, they keep the hotel top notch! Room service is excellent, after a long day out you don’t feel like going outside to get dinner, try their pizza. It is thin and crispy, we loved it. Housekeeping refills the minibar within minutes, every day you get complimentary water too.

There was absolutely nothing I did not like. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

The accommodation was simply fantastic! The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring Lamai. I was especially impressed by the beautiful pool area and the excellent breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious foods.

The facilities are smaller than the one you see in internet, and the staff didn’t speak that much English, which made things more difficult, even when booking a car in the last minute. I had read in the reviews that the hotel offered a shuttle, but nobody said anything about it.

I was upgraded to a bigger room which had view to the swimming pool. And must say I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room, as well as the wide variety of food served for breakfast. There is a very good restaurant just next door which I highly recommend. We went there with friends and it was simply delicious.
