Maybe a few chairs/sunbeds in the garden would be nice. And be aware the ocean is not for swimming there (we knew that though).

Very nice, large villa, with outdoor seating and nice little private pool. Staff friendly. Breakfast brought to your terrace.

Spacious, modern well equipped villa with good view through the trees to the sea with the karsts scenery. Fabulous staff who looked after us very well including giving me a birthday cake, very touched. Short walk to the stunning Khaohills view point.

The location was lovely and peaceful very different from staying in the main tourist areas. The hosts were amazing and so hospitable We loved our stay. The private breakfast we had every day was always on time, lovely and well presented and tasty with loads of options! We had the best time! the staff there are very hardworking and lovely. We told the staff that it was my birthday and they came and decorated my room and sang happy birthday to me and gave me a lovely cake which I shared with the staff around. If you stay here we recommend that you hire a car or a scooter to get around as most places are a bit far out.

Nothing it’s a little out of the way however that what we were looking for short walk to a wonderful restaurant.

Splendid there’s nothing to complain about, the villa, pool, and staff along with the breakfast were all exceptional, we loved it, the wildlife round the nearby pond kept us entertained what a bonus,

The property is half an hour drive from ao nang. So the drive becomes difficult. Also, the garden view with sea isn’t quite clean. The beds are too soft.

Cannot swim in the sea because the beach is not a beach. Just good to look at. However that's no fault of the property.

Amazing location with views from rooms and outside. Large property. Excellent privacy. Comfortable rooms, kitchen, bathrooms etc. Two walls of glass in the bedroom gives a feel of being right in a jungle next to the beach. Simply fabulous. Staff is excellent, helpful and polite. Cannot think of a better place to stay.

Maybe a few more sunbeds would have been nice (just had two at the terrace, for 3 people) or in general maybe a few chairs etc in the garden/ waterfront of the property. Staff was very nice, but to organize something which was not in their book, it was easier to do it by ourselves, as they did not understand.

Very nice! Large villa, clean, private little pool, nice terrace, great view of the bay, good breakfast brought to your terrace. Beautiful garden around the villas. Staff friendly.

Breakfast choice could be a little wider but is excellent anyway. Ice in the freezer for drinks would be welcomed but you get it if you ask.

This is our third time here. We love the place. Fabulous villas with a beautiful view. Great location. Quiet and relaxing with excellent staff.

Wise to rent a car!

A beautiful villa. Spacious rooms, super clean, nice view and surroundings, good pool, breakfast at the porch. Perfect place for a few days of relaxing in a peaceful atmosphere. We liked it all but especially remember the very friendly staff! No question was too much. All with a big smile! We will be back 😀

Not a thing to dislike about the place, if your looking for anything but relaxing, then there isn't much around the area, but you can rent car/bike from reception.

Villa was amazing, staff were very friendly and arranged things for us to make our stay the best. Couples massage was amazing! We loved our private pool and the view. The breakfast provided went above and beyond expectations.
