We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsI really wish the hostel could include breakfast. Even though the hostel has a cafe, I think it's on the pricey side.
This is such a great hostel for those who don't like party hostels. It's quiet, close to the beach and it has a lot of showers and toilets as well. Everything is clean, although bedding and towels can be a bit worn down. The hostel also has a reading nook with books and boardgames. Loved the laundry service too, 40 baht per kilo! Staff is incredibly friendly too and helps you with everything!

SingaporeTan Hostel is incredible value and was a fantastic place to stay in Krabi! The atmosphere was really nice with the cafe right below the hostel, the open spaces like the sun deck upstairs and clean bathrooms and dorms. Check in and out was super easy and the team were really great to communicate with- shout out to the team for helping us organise transport as well as the great food and activities recommendations. The hostel is well situated with Ao Nang beach, gift shops and a night market a short walk away. Could not recommend Tan Hostel more highly!

United StatesThe only reason I didn't give it a 10 is because I feel like the bathrooms weren't cleaned as often as they should have been. 🥲 There were some items that were in the shower stalls for a few days that were not taken away or moved.
Wonderful stay. Location is very close to everything yet it was a peaceful and chill place where I was able to get good sleep. Haha. The staff was very accommodating and helpful with whatever you needed and it was nice to be able to grab good food at the cafe. Love the cute little orange hostel cat too!! Would definitely stay here again.

SpainBeds are very comfy, I could rest and sleep amazingly well as there were not many people in the room and they were all quiet at all times. Rooms are spacious. Rooms, common spaces and bathrooms are very clean. Coffee and breakfast at the coffee shop are the best in town. Located on the main road but you can't hear any noises from outside. The staff is nice and smiling at all times. Totally recommend!

BelgiumBeds are vertically next to each other so you are basically sleeping ‘next’ to each other but separated by a screen (don’t know how to call it). I wouldn’t mind that, and this is not the hostels fault, but it’s not convenient if you’re sleeping next to a hardcore snorer. Also not the most social hostel if you’re looking for social contact. There’s no group activities, or things do do that makes you interact with the others. Because it’s also a restaurant, it’s hard to spot the other hostel people.
Everything is very new, so very clean and modern place to stay at! Great beds, nice big bathroom with a place to dry your wet clothes. The food in de restaurant is delicious! Staff is very friendly and helps you with booking tours and transport!

Great stay yet again! Stayed here a year ago and booked again. Great beds, clean bathrooms, nice chilled area upstairs. Great cafe downstairs and very central so close to everything you need. They helped me book a bus to Malaysia and was cheaper than all of the other venders in the area! Happy again, will return if I end up back in the area.

IndiaIts not a dislike, just that they ask for a 200Bhat deposit for towels or you can even leave your passports for the same. they will return it upon check out when you return the towel.
The hostel is clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and overall place was quiet. washrooms are clean and they have provided body wash and hot water too. There is a space in the bath area to dry clothes. The location is good with multiple restaurants, bars and shops around.

United KingdomThe AC shuts off in the dorms during the day so gets a little warm in there. The social areas are super hot and uncomfortable because there’s no AC and only 1 fan. The restaurant downstairs is nice but quite overpriced there’s better places to eat around.
