The towels were visibly stained, had holes and frayed edges, I would recommend the hotel gets new ones asap. The shower needs upgrading, the head wasn’t allowing water to flow very well and it was clear the taps were on their last legs.

The view from our room was gorgeous. Overall the hotel met our expectation. The breakfast is the same everyday so if you stay for a longer time you might get bored. The room was clean, but the towels a bit old.

The rooms are spacious and clean with water, tea, coffee and some toiletries provided each day, you can always request beach towels from the reception desk. You do have to pay a 500 baht key card deposit which is returned on departure so be ready for this!

Just 2 points from our experience and suggestions to improve: *Breakfast was ok, but: the toaster was only for 2 breads and when more than 2 people wanted bread it was not practical. Same with coffee. Not much space to walk in the breakfast buffet. They could find another system,, more space 😉 *Cleaning was ok, but they were always coming to us late, usually in the afternoon, the time we had just returned to the hotel and wanted to have a shower and relax. There are so many rooms, could have some more staff for the cleaning.

*Rooms: modern and comfortable, lots of space *Bed is so comfortable, one of the best beds we had in our trip in Thailand. *Staff is friendly.

Hot water was not working in the room, we told the staff but they did not repair it. Next morning, they allowed us to take a shower in another room after coming back from the beach.

The pool is not for use, it is very shallow and next to reception. Gets no sun and isn’t really to use more for show. The location is about a 15 minute walk from the beach and we found it too far from things.

Cleaners start at 6am making a lot of noise. I checked out of my room and realised half an hour later that I had left my shoes in the room. When asking staff they told me, house keeping said that nothing was there even though I know they were. Had to leave without them as they kept telling me nothing was there. Disappointed in house keeping as they would have seen them when cleaning the room. Make sure you take everything before you leave as they won’t return your property if you do accidentally leave anything

T2 Ao Nang is a few minutes walk away from Ao Nang beach. Along the way there are a couple of restaurants and a 7/11, which makes for a convenient stay. The reception and housekeeping team were friendly; limited English but nothing a translation app couldn't get around. I found the room to be spacious and bed both sizeable and comfortable. I had a very comfortable stay!

It’s about a ten minute walk from the Main Street, but once you’re there it’s a great location right by the markets and sea. The pool setup is a bit strange, with the sunbeds in the hotel foyer. We didn’t actually use the pool but I’m not sure I would have felt comfortable sunbathing in a bikini there
