Before i checked in the hotel my debit card which was provided to booking.com was being used to deduct an amount SR. 15,801.24 instead of THB. 15,801.24. I was lucky the i didn’t have this big amount in my account and the card was declined. If i had money in my account and if the money would have been deducted, i would have faced a lot of delay in refund, would have been questioned a million times which i have already faced from others. I don’t know who is responsible for this kind of mistake (booking.com or the Hotel) but this was really shocking.

The tvs in the rooms (cable service) didn’t work well at all. Internet not great. Couldn’t get the girls tablets to work. However, smart tv in living room worked perfect

Size of the room was amazing, beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Great service. The girls loved the kids club.

Location isn’t great. It’s off a main road and doesn’t feel like a Radisson I have stayed around the world. The unit I stayed in needs a lot of maintenance. Aircon was leaking, tv in the master bedroom was damaged, shower wasn’t working properly, the bidet shower had no power at all. For a 2 bedroom unit that accommodates 4, there were only 2 glasses to drink from. Not sure what happened but woke up in the middle of the night sweating to find out no power so aircon was off. No explanation as to why there was no power at 4am. Was given a free drinks voucher but no staff at the restaurant at 1pm. Lots of mosquitoes in the lobby so waiting around for the room, you are bound to be bitten by mosquitoes. Breakfast was good though. Staff aren’t proactive at all. No eggs and the chef was no where to be found for 5 minutes.

I liked the feel of the resort. All the rooms around the pool which gave it that resort like feeling.

The location is very bad and nothing is around. Even taxi is not readily available. Some of the flooring in our room was broken and could easily cause accident. We ordered food from room service on our arrival, even after requesting to alternate the bacon with chicken, they still sent us Fettucine Alfredo with bacon. When i called to complain, they said the bacon is actually chicken bacon, we do well know the smell of bacon and requested them to replace it. They did. However I did get a feeling they tried to cheat me with that and its not appreciated at all.

Kids enjoyed the pool, kids club, the slide to the pool. Breakfast was good and had different options each day.

So many of the pool tiles were loose. The water was a murky/dirty colour and had a bitter taste when it touched your lips.

No elevators so if your room is not on the GF , it can be a task esp after a heavy night of partying lol . Other than that room service closes by 9 PM so can’t order a late night meal in the room .

Location was good and there are plenty of good Massage parlours and restaurants . Just across the Main Street is Cafe Del Mar which is a great place to party .

The pool area is incredibly dangerous, our children cut themselves several times on the loose tiles at the bottom of the pool. When we told the staff member she said this was the first she’d heard of it which is very hard to believe as it is mentioned in other reviews. The slides up to the slide also very dangerous and sharp. They really need to fix the whole pool area.

Good location, cleaners did a great job every day and large family room.

Door enters onto a balcony and slides doors to apartment could not be locked from the outside. Safety deposit box low battery upon arrival. Cot in room (we didn’t request) so had to be removed. Only two adults on booking! Stayed at this hotel in 2007 when it was called something else; swore we would Never stay there again but didn’t realise it was the same hotel. Just really dislike the style rooms etc. it’s fine, just not for us.

We loved it here, on a quiet street with some restaurants and shops. Friendly people, it was very child friendly and they didn’t seem to shut the pool - people were in until late. Very nice hotel

We purely booked this accommodation to be close to Kamala beach for NYE. The prices reflected the holiday period and timing, so I completely expected to pay more. However, if it was another month in the year I would have been disappointed with the quality of the hotel for the amount of money ( I assume it's a lot cheaper in off peak ). I didn't have too high expectations so that was alright, however the rooms and hotel is a little run down and requires some maintenance attention. Pool was missing small tiles, our unit door was really hard to close and lock, the unit itself is a bit tired but the bathroom was good which is most important for me. Furniture is new and although bed was hard it was clean linen and they come make up your room every day. Not too much to complain about I just wouldn't want to be paying a lot and feeling let down as the hotel needs a bit of work ( Photos make it look a lot nicer ).

The staff especially the luggage concierge guys were super proactive and welcoming. They were working extremely hard for all guests arriving at the hotel and our luggage was quite a lot, so we really appreciated their assistance to the room. Of course we tipped them for their hard work and they were very grateful. Aircon in the rooms worked really well, space was clean, good size with sitting lounge area and separate bedroom. Water was provided for drinking and beach/pool towels at your disposal. There were food cafes, laundry ladies, small convenient shops for snacks and drinks and a couple of massage and beauty shops right out side the hotel which was great. I did not eat or drink at the hotel so I can't comment on that. Short walk to Kamala Beach and Cafe Del Mar which was lovely to spend the day down at the beach or the club.

We didn't have breakfast included but we had a look at the restaurant and the choice was mediocre so we decided not to have breakfast at the hotel. Small things in the room shown that the room a a bit tired and needed some small maintenance.

The entertainment for the kids was quite vast. The pool had one slide. The room was quite spacious and we had a chance to put the kid on a separate sofa. There were 2 Tvs in the room. Also they had a separate menu for tourists that prefer local cuisine, like Indian, Chinese and Russian.

We got 2 rooms for 6 people only to discover we could have all fitted in the one room as they can make up two single beds for our under 12 yr old kids in the huge lounge living area. Buffet breakfast was about $120NZD which we thought was a tad expensive. Only ate there twice.

The pool was lovely with a swim up bar and happy hour. Room was lovely and big. 5min walk to the beach. Fabulous laundry service just outside of the hotel. Perfect place to stay as a family. Pool with waterslide.

Room phone not working even though attended by technician promptly but couldn't not be fixed. So, we had to live & manage with non-working phone. Also, lived with stinking bathroom.

The security of the doors to the room was not very good. The glass doors could not be locked meaning that if someone gained access to the balcony then the suite was not secure,but the main door to the suite was lockable.

The staff were amazing and very helpful, especially Piaméra who made each member of our family a personal Christmas card which was very thoughtful and very intricate. The pool area was clean, easy to access clean towels, and refreshing. We had a three bedroom suite which sold the hotel to me to accommodate the five people in my family. After a couple of issues with the air conditioning in some of the rooms, which was eventually sorted, we found the accommodation perfect and very roomy. Breakfast was varied and we particularly enjoyed the omelettes made to our specifications. We would recommend the resort to other family travellers.

Some rooms had very bad smell, our room was OK but 2 other rooms of our friends smell very bad and the request another room. Breakfast nothing more then just OK, request for coffe and still time for it, 10-15 minutes before closing breakfast time and it was finished, staff told me to go to the bar and pay for machine coffe
