The lady at the front desk goes above and beyond. She'll do her best to make sure you're comfortable and taken care of. This location is nested right near all the activities and nightlife so you don't have to go far for entertainment!

The hotel I have been going to for years, the owners have changed, the employees were friendly and helped with everything, the room was cleaned every day and it is a price performance hotel, I forget the name of the lady at the reception, thank you very much, walking street is very close and I definitely recommend it.

Nothing, but be warned there’s a lot of steps to the top floor!

Very helpful and friendly staff and at the same time unobtrusive . Helped me reunite with a friend after I lost my phone. Comfortable room with a nice outdoor spa bath, great for winding down after a night out. Excellent location just of walking street and the night life.

No elevator and the rooms on the same side as the clubs were a bit to loud but it's expected when the hotel is directly across from many bars but some of the rooms have sound proof doors. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay because of the location being next to walking street. And the hospitality given by the front desk. Thank you ladies so very much. Hope to see everyone again on my next visit to Pattaya

The front desk try very hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The women who work there are very sweet. They even kept my bags for me when I traveled to Bangkok for a few days. I stand in almost all the different styles of rooms and will stay again in the future. My favorite was room number 40 with the hot tube and outside lounge area and room 33 with the sound proof doors if you decide to stay on the club side. But I had fun in all the rooms.

The airconditioning was not working as good as it should be, but well enough to have a good night sleep. The lady organized a repair man immediately (which was amazing), but because it was already late in the evening he would come back the next day (that day we left for the islands in the south of Thailand).

The lady manager is very friendly and funny. She is a great host. The hotel is near the walking street, very comfortable if you like going out in the night. We will definitely come back.

My room was on the side where the bars are located. Too much noise. I had trouble sleeping. It gave me a reason to hangout all night and I really enjoyed myself so really not too much to complain about. I would do all over again.

No water heater so I couldn't use the jacuzzi, it was way too cold for me. Construction taking place every morning and day so lots of noise. Despite these inconveniences, I would still return and highly recommend.

It's literally on the Pattaya Walking Street, so there's a lot of entertainments including clubs, bars, food, gogo, beaches and you can reach boat station in 8 minutes
