We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Extremely clean, the staff is very friendly and we have lots of facilities in there. I was impressed with the cleanliness, it wasn’t like a conventional hostel which is a once per day, but sometimes three times in a day.

IrelandThe location is a bit out of the way which is great for no noise but feels like a long walk in the heat with your bags when you first arrive!
The staff are so lovely and kind, they let me leave my bags there after checkout and offered to let me use the shower/toilet if I needed to! They give you free water, bread, cookies and mini cakes, plus tea and coffee which is so so nice! I had food poisoning while staying there and so the free bread was the only thing I could manage to eat and made such a difference not having to walk to buy water! The beds were really comfy On a quiet road so party noise doesn't reach you :) Key fob access which feels nice for safety The staff are very on top of cleaning and emptying out the bins. They also provide free shower gel, shampoo, shower caps and ear buds which is a really nice extra. Nice and social but not a party hostel :)

BrazilThe mattress on my bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on. It's not the hostel's fault, but there were other travellers coming in from parties in the early hours of the morning and it was very noisy, so maybe the staff could warn them about the silence after 10pm.
The receptionist is a lovely person, very attentive and polite, I was ill during my stay in Phi Phi and she took care of me. Room and bathroom cleaned every day, towels changed too. There is no breakfast, but coffee, tea, biscuits and bananas are provided free of charge. I'll miss it

This hostel is one of the nicest I’ve stayed in. Really friendly receptionist who can help you book tours / ferries and is just really lovely! Free breakfast is good value for money and drinking water available. Rooms cleaned daily and clean bedding / towels given It was really quiet when we stayed Air con works well. Would recommend this hostel :)

United KingdomNothing wrong with the hostel in my opinion, despite my injury, i enjoyed my stay here and felt very welcome and safe.
The staff here are absolutely incredible. This is the best place I stayed while travelling thailand. I had an accident while on Phi Phi island and ended up imobolised and in hospital, the staff were extremely accommodating and kind and did so much to make sure I was comfortable. The Hostel itself is very clean (cleaners everyday) and the facilities are good too! The beds are comfy and private with curtains all around your bed and they provide lockers with keys for your belongings. I cannot say a bad word about this hostel, the location is perfect and you have access to free water, biscuits and bread/toast. Would definitely recommend! :)

AustraliaEvery night teens come back drunk and i woke up to either people having sex on a squeaky top bunk, shouting, or banging on the door. It is not easy to prevent this since the responsible people usually leave the day after anyway.
The staff were very friendly and cleaning daily every single bed and room very thouroughly. Even folded and sorted things that were left lying on the bed.
