Didn’t have breakfast but the hotel was very well placed for the shops near Surin beach, and the smart bus stop was only 200 metres up the road. From our sixth floor room we had good views of the good and bad weather.

The air conditioning could have been stronger.

Excellent location, close to Surin Beach (1-minute walk), 7/11 across the street and next to a great Thai restaurant called Madams. Bang Tao night market is close by and a must-visit. Strong WIFI, a comfy bed, a fridge in the room and 2 bottles of free water daily. The staff were very helpful.

No swimming pool. Late breakfast. Difficult to communicate in English.

Breakfast was sufficient, served from about 8:00 but before 9:00 there was a small selection. Minimal selection, no salad, no bacon. They will make you an omelet and latte or cappuccino. Parking is for motorcycles only and there's a lot of traffic in front of the hotel. It's very difficult to cross the road but there's a 7-11 and a nice bakery with sandwiches and pizza on the other side of the road.

I absolutely loved the Surin Sunset - the best thing about it was the staff, who were all super friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. I was a little worried about checking in as i had a late flight and had read some reviews that mentioned difficulties with late check ins - no need to worry whatsoever, I emailed in advance and said I'd probably arrive around midnight and got a reply saying they would wait for me. My flight ended up being delayed so I arrived more like 2.30am, but a lovely man was still waiting up for me at the hotel and got me checked in straight away - brilliant! Great location on the main street in Surin, nice clean room and comfortable bed. Much better experience than some pricier hotels I've stayed at in Surin!

There are very few electrical outlets in the rooms. Not the most comfortable shower. No hair dryer. Few of the staff speak English.

Excellent hotel location! Sunset view from the window. Lots of shops nearby. Pretty close to the beach. Comfortable lobby.

There was no one on reception when we arrived at 9:30 am and we struggled to get hold of them with the number provided as we didn’t have signal. Reception isn’t 24 hours. The staff’s English isn’t the best so communication was difficult. Once checked in all was fine but the check in process was a little stressful

Great cheap place to stay if you’re travelling in the area for a few days. Very close to beach and local shops and restaurants.
