Cleanliness is good. I loved the Jasmine soap smell. Towels are changed daily, clean bedsheets. Deluxe rooms is big and comes with coffee amenities which we loved. Staffs are all super friendly and very helpful. Even the cleaners , security guards, hotel masseurs will also greet with a smile at lifts or corridors. This gives hotel guest a very welcoming and fantastic feel. Clover Hotel should make this an iconic and distinctive advantage - Land of a Thousand Smiles. We booked 2 inter-connecting room and 1 of the room that we stayed in may have faulty thermostat as such no matter how we adjust the air-con (set to 30 deg), the air-con still remain very cold at less than 20 deg. The bathroom shower water is also cold even though we have adjusted the tap to the max.

Location of this hotel is fantastic as it is located within 5mins walk to Patong Beach, Bangla street and about 10 mins walk to Jungceylon and Central Patong shopping mall. There are also many recommended restaurants along the roads. We like the lap pools as it overlook the beautiful Patong areas and the seas. Last is wide varieties of breakfast spread that the hotel offer and is value for money.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Location is right in the centre of Patong and everything is walkable, we loved it. Facilities were fantastic!

The room is a bit small, once you open your luggage there will be no space to walk, however, not a concern for the cheap price.

The hotel located in the middle of patong beach area and few minutes walk from all the happenings. Its very quiet at night as well, we slept very well and didnt hear anything. The breakfast was awesome with lots of varieties changing every day. Staff and friendly and smiling.

loved the hotel! they even gave us an upgrade.. location is very good just 1 min walk to all the street food carts and bars. very touristy area. they have this mini fridge in the waiting lounge which has cold towels for wipes. i just loved them, it was so refreshing! if i go again I will stay here only. breakfast is all halal and a lot of varieties

Hotel Clover really meets the standards of sincere hospitality. Clean rooms, perfect location but especially the staff; the reception staff, the pool/ bar staff, cleaning staff, porters etc. that really gives the guests its warm welcoming stay. We will surely return :-)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Clover Hotel during my trip to Phuket, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect - it was just a short walk from all the main attractions places and restaurants in the area, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, with a lovely lobby and common areas. The housekeeping was not done on time. We were on the make up my room button before leave the room and also inform the receptionist to clean up and change the towel. When we back to hotel at 3pm , the room was cleaned. I went to the cleaner and request for towel and ask her to clean Up after 5pm. This is only flaw

Hotel room was clean and good. The gentlemen called Mhe extremely good . The customer service that he offer during our stay was marvellous. I think he should be in front line desk to service customer instead of carrying bag. He speaks good English , friendly and helpful.
