No restaurant on site but Nescafe available on site or coffee shop 50 metres away and importantly many local food options around. Some rooms on ground floor are dark (they have a small private outside area but it’s a sort of covered veranda so dark) but have access directly onto the common outdoor area with loungers and pond. However quite dark so for longer stays suggest first floor rooms.

Pleasant stay very close to Suvarnabhumi airport. Rooms with no frills but clean and spacious. Lovely garden area and pool. We love the park a couple minutes walk where kids can run around before getting on a long plane journey. So many street food options, a 7/11, and a covered market about 3 minutes walk. Coffee place on the corner of the street. Staff super friendly and professional. There is also a small shopping mall complex with a Big C. a few minutes further down the road (probably a five min taxi drive).

packet coffee and hot water available in morning but NOTHING else and later in the day and evening the power disconnected. no way to make tea or coffee in the room. The shower sprayed directly over the toilet. Very small bit of soap and nothing else in bathroom. Bum Gun pipe looked rather nasty but toilet paper supplied although got wet if shower turned on too hard. Bed sheets very nice and good quality but bed a bit too hard for my liking -though common in Thailand.

good location, food and coffee nearby. outlook to garden and park lovely. Air con worked so long as remote held against the unit. Loved the lake, the walk, the park and the massive lizards next door. Staff friendly and helpful.

There was full of smell of rats in the room and then the rats started to chewing on the ceiling overhead, horrible experience

the location was perfect for us. close to the airport and the zoo. next to a great park where kids could play at playgrounds. very close to a street food market (we ate from there every day, very good food and cheap)

Everything about our stay here was great. The people, the location, the place itself. I loved sitting outside in the gorgeous gardens and walking around the area. The coffee was also delicious. I would absolutely go back here again.

Maybe some work needs to be done (humidity in the room). Also, differently from what specified, breakfast options are not available. I expected staff to be more welcoming, we had the chance to speak to some of them and only 1 was nice yo us. We had a couple of drinks and staff tried to ask us more money than what was written in the paper, it took a while to understand that it's not really fair to ask for a higher price.

The place is nice, especially for its interior garden, and located next to a big street market.

They do not give the room i had pay for : with balcony and lake few. The reason they told me : double booking ! They put me in a small room not cozy... away from the hotel. Room with small bathroom. Television very old and little with very bad colors. Very very hard mattress on the bed. I pay with card and they charge 3 % more . That is not mentioned on the site bookingcom. Swimmingpool not open . I am easy but i do not think all this is fair !!!!!

Breakfast was ok. I choose always Thai food . Clean room .
