Also the restaurant Piak's Kitchen for al acart meal is very overpriced and the meal portions are smaller. Staff at times tend to make you feel invisible at this restaurant and not very pleased to assist. I had requested for a complimentary upgrade as we were celebrating my sons birthday, however there was no mention of that at the time of checkin. No special services. provided. They need to go some extra miles for clients who visit the property for a special occassion.

The location of the hotel is very good, with some lovely restaurants right across the street and a convenience store as well.

Our kids lost 2 of the towel pillow, and the resort charged us 800 Baht per card, so total of 1,600 Baht for lost towel cards... We offered to open our luggage so they can see we didn't steal any towels but they refused and just fined us! While we were speaking with them the lady in reception told the bell boy not to take our luggage to the taxi that was waiting - were they afraid we would run away...? Great holiday but the fine and the behaviour of the staff in reception was quite shameful.

Beach is dirty , a lot of plastics and other things so it would be good if the hotel cleans the beach area at least in front of the hotel

Beach had heavy surf, a fair amount of trash, and apparently a lot of jellyfish. Location was rather far from most of the good restaurants. Breakfast buffet was plentiful but a little disappointing taste-wise.

Beach had quite a bit of washed up rubbish on it - but I did see staff clearing up - Im presuming this may have come from a storm at sea - since the sea was a litle rough

This was our third visit to the resort, and, as always, we were absolutely overwhelmed by its splendour. We adore the family-oriented atmosphere, complemented by a wealth of facilities and activities. The Bang Tao area is equally delightful, offering a festive ambiance without ever feeling overcrowded.

Very clean hotel. Great location. Plenty of Shops near by. Hotels has it own restaurant which is very affordable and also has very decent menu for kids. Highly recommend. Special Thanks to reception staff and " Nit" in particular for making our stay a true joy.

Only 30 min from the airport. Hotel is on the beach, perfect for kids. There are 2 restaurants and the breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. Kids and parents loved it. The room was big, they welcomed us with a platter of fruits and snack. We enjoyed our stay!

Really lovely property . The property is much better in person compared to the photos. Breakfast menu is fine , it would be nice if Sunwing can offer some halal options for future travellers . It also does feel like your in Moscow...

The staff weren't very friendly and didn't fulfill any of our requests for late checkout or additional water to room without fees as outlined in the hotel policy. I had stayed at another property during the same trip and had a completely opposite experience - I had forgotten to take my deposit amount in the previous hotel while checking out and their staff drove down the city to give me the refund amount! The staff at Sunwing need better training!

The property has it own private beach. The safe swim area is marked with a rope and the water is not too choppy for a swim. There are plenty of beach loungers with a beach facing restaurant to supply cokctails.

Could not sort any vegan food at all for the breakfast even though we had contacted in advance. The room smelled of mould which was not nice. Need

Our room was a bit musty

When we arrived at the hotel and entered the building, we already knew that we had made the right decision. Large spaces, the interior exotic garden, the singing of birds, the proximity of the sea, the atmosphere. We loved it! We were still there on the 1st day of Songkran, we had a lot of laughs. The staff were so nice, funny and played with the kids. I felt like a child again. The breakfast is plentiful and very tasty. They also make sure that there is room for everyone and politely seat the naughty tourist who is alone and sits at the family table. In the late afternoon, we decided that we wanted to go on an island tour. In no time we had an organized trip and the next day we had a wonderful trip to James Bond Island. I look forward to going again :) Thank you for everything!

Honestly I liked everything.

Amazing location, very friendly staff, excellent pools that kept both our kids happy (7 and 14 year old boys), spacious room with plenty of wall hooks to keep all the clutter in place , very good breakfast that covered everyone’s needs, laundry room located close to the pool area so we could easily use it while at the pool

the second car park was far and remote,I need to walk alone with my luggage so feel a little unsafe.

You can see that the resort could stand to be updated. Decor is dated. Ping pong rackets were quite damaged.

I enjoyed the 4 different pools and the pool exercise was fun. Breakfast had a decent international spread although I found the local dishes were a bit too salty. Bed was comfortable and my son was able to sleep well on the sofa bed. Staff were very friendly and approachable.
