Other than the maintenance happening in a couple of pools which has to be done sometime. there is nothing to complain about this resort is AWESOME

The staff were very polite, right from receiving us, giving clear instructions about the resort, the cleaning of the rooms was fantastic too. I did not even have to inform them to clean the room. Another important aspect about the hotel is their sustainability efforts, really noteworthy and commendable. It is also right at the beach front. There are a lot of eateries, 7-11 and massage parlours within 3-5 min walking distance. There is a massage parlour within the resort itself and it is very cheap. Also the regular night market in the kamala area is within 5 min walking distance too. Overall our stay was very good.And i dont mind staying here again.

Rooms were clean and very spacious. Plugs and mirrors in all the right places. Having 8 pools was fantastic. Free pool towels. Loads of choice at breakfast. Food and drink from pool bar was superb and great you could charge to your room.

Breakfast starts at 7 am, should be normally 6am like most other hotels. There should be a restaurant which is air conditioned, although the main and only one isn’t but adding a 2nd air conditioned restaurant would make things more convenient.

There was no real bar area - just a part of the dining area, no focus point for the evening time.

Great location- back gate opens onto the promenade, the beach is beautiful. The hotel was super clean, abundance of staff, breakfast was excellent, overall would highly recommend to families with young children.

There could be more children activities. There was a daily thing for 30’ with songs and games which was a big hit, but that was it. The children’s room is also in need of a little love and care.

Great choice for a family with kids. Nice, large, comfortable rooms. Great restaurant. Perfect location right at the beach. Many pools, all very clean. Many umbrellas to sit by the pool. Staff very friendly. Overall a great stay!

It was great, especially the activities for kids. Lollo and Bernie program was also very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Everything close by and the beach also extremely nice - nice sand, does not get too hot.

The bathroom sink and shower area did take a while to drain water.

Excellent property. This hotel checks all the boxes when travelling with children and young adults and they have a share in the pie for every age spectrum, from kids pools, slides, bernie and lollo clubs, economical massages by the pool and the beaches. Complimentary meals for the children when adults order at the restaurant, both at the resort and at Fino's restaurant by the beach. Breakfast buffet is very delectable with a sumptuous spread. Beach is just a few steps away. Lots of restaurant options by the beach and a 7/11 convenience store. Highly recommended. We stayed in the Happy Baby Studio which was very self contained, with a stroller high chair provided Complimentary from the resort.

The rooms were great , came with microwave and kitchen utensils , comfortable. There was a small convenience shop here , and a laundry to use . Plenty of pools and great location. With a short stroll along the beach to the shops , with plenty of places to shop or have a massage . They have markets out the front on certain nights too . It was a very easy location . The staff at reception, dining and bars, as well as housekeeping were absolutely wonderful , and very helpful during our stay . Great value for money and good for families. The food was good and the Thai mojito was exceptional!!

Sunloungers fairly uncomfortable, don’t have padding unlike the SUNPRIME loungers for adults.

Pool access room with courtyard was super convenient having stayed on 2nd floor at Sunwing Bang Tao - definitely made the difference.

Water quality from the tap. It was very yellow, luckily I brought my own shower filter.

Kids friendly resort. Has plenty of activities for children and well equipped for kids such as sand playground and slides. Loved small massage stall inside the resort, enjoyed so much!

The staff at the towel station is quite rude, I understand he is trying to ensure everyone only take the towels once daily but the attitude is not friendly.

The atmosphere is good, big resort suitable for family. The studio is spacious and has all the cutlery. My kids enjoy the pool, the beach is also not too far away.

No halal options for muslims gladly the location offers a lot of options for ppl who seek halal food like me :) Furnitures are bit outdated need renovation I guess

The smell we have outside the room, so we could not enjoy the balcony.

The room is big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The facilities are great: several swimming pool and good gym. Good breakfast. Late check-out was nice as our flight was late in the evening.

The pools could have been cooler they were very warm.

The staff were very accommodating, the facilities were amazing , and it was a great location. Renylyn the guest relations manager was amazing , she helped us out so much during our stay.
