Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomSeveral items at breakfast were cold, where they should have been warm/hot. Bathroom sink plug was extremely stiff to operate. The mattress was dreadful (way too soft), and should have been replaced during the renovation. Probably my worst sleep here in the past seven years. The above will not put me off visiting again.
We are return visitors to Sunshine Garden because it is ideally located & fulfills our needs. It was becoming a little tired looking, but we were surprised to see a different reception area, which had been totally renovated. This also applied to the rooms, which have now been brought up to date. The pool is nice, though get out there early to grab a sunbed! The buffet breakfast is very good, with attentive staff. The restaurant area has also been revamped. All staff are nice and very helpful.

United KingdomWifi could be improved as it drops out frequently. We had a raw deal with the room location as it was on the second floor and overlooked the bin shed area. No lift but staff carried bags up. Had we got one of the rooms nearer to the pool with a better view I would have scored this hotel 8
I love the entrance and reception area. Nice pool and gardens. Good breakfast and satisfactory rooms.

United KingdomThe pool situation was not good, whenever I have stayed here before I have never had a problem of finding a sunbed and a towel but this time all the sunbeds and towels were claimed by 9 a.m. by people or their belongings. I raised this with the staff who had a walk around with me and saw for themselves they apologised and told me it was because the hotel was very full. I was then taken to the connecting Hotel Green view and was given permission to use their pool which I was happy to do.
The staff were very very polite and helpful. The situation of the hotel is very central to every thing, shopping ,bars etc. and also just ten minute walk to the beach and Sea which is worth an exploration.

We have stayed here several times In the past pre covid. This time we stayed for 28 nights, left for Malaysia for 5 weeks then returned here for another 28 nights. The staff are great. The rooms are comfortable. I like the balcony. Breakfast is tasty
