This was one of the more expensive places we stayed in Thailand so we thought the room would be a bit nicer than it was - however I think all Koh Tao accommodation is pricier than mainland. The Bathroom was very small and the shower water pressure was terrible. However this is probably a problem with island water supply so maybe not the fault of hotel!

Really good location on the beach and 2mins from ferry pier. Lots of options for food and drinks nearby. 15mins walk to Sairee beach area. Mae Mae was so helpful and friendly. He organised snorkeling tour for us and advised us on things to do in the area. Nice bar area to relax at sunset. We liked the beanbag area upstairs to relax also. Free water bottle refill was great. Room is clean and had a comfy bed. The hotel seemed to care about sustainability which is positive.

The water is very slow, the temperature is not stable always cold or too hot. Also the water doesn’t drain correctly.

The bathroom however was really small. We were warned by the reviews but I didn’t expect it to be that small 😅. There’s also only one mirror in the room and that’s in the bathroom where there are no powerpoints. There are powerpoints in the room but no second mirror, so it’s not easing getting ready (like blowdrying your hair). I’d recommend putting a mirror up above the table for getting ready, would make it a lot easier and would make a big difference! The size of the bathroom wouldn’t matter that much anymore.

It’s exactly what to expect for the price and maybe a bit more. Very friendly staff and cool vibe, also a great location and very clean room with great airconditioning.

I would highly recommend upgrade to a room with AC The fan rooms get extremely hot Outside the room was sometimes cooler than inside, fans in the room are powerful but don't make it very cool We found it very difficult to open the windows Location is far from the main part of Koh Tao, a 30 minute walk on average or 300 Baht in a Taxi

There were windows in our rooms with no blinds/ curtains, we found it hard to sleep and would get woken up in the morning. A blind would be helpful :)

The bathroom is very small and often smelly. The water pressure was not great but that is berg common on the island.

The location was great very close to the beach and all shops and restaurants. There was a communal fridge we could use and free drinking water. The outside bar is quite nice and overlooking the pier, amazing view! We would like to thank the woman at the reception who was so accommodating and so kind to us helping with booking boat trips and laundry service!!

For the price you pay we should probably not complain about a thing but if anything, the bathroom is very small with no separation from the shower so when you step in it you feel you are in a shower instead of a toilet. Also the beds are a bit on the stiff side but again, this is minor when taking into account the price of the stay.

The staff is the most helpful we've come across in our trip to Thailand. So nice and friendly always with a smile on their faces. The location is a bit far from the main town where the bars are, but is just next to the pier so you will not need a taxi for leaving or arriving at Koh Tao. despite this, it is not noisy at all and you get amazing views at sundown.

My stay coincided with an 'extreme heat' period and the bar and dining area became very humid in the evenings. Maybe install a couple of fans in this area?

The location is great, and the staff very welcoming and extremely helpful 👍 Special mention for Green, who went 'above and beyond' Good coffee, good breakfast and compact but perfectly adequate room. Air con superb.

Light sleepers can hear ferries around 7am. The location for our opinion is not the funnest for traveling the island. There where ants in the restroom.

The toilet was too small and got right away super full of sand, which then it went in the rest of the room. Air conditioning makes a lot of noise. No window glass and shades were annoying for sound and light respectively.

The staff was very friendly and the bar, useful for breakfast, has a very nice view. It’s well located, however on the island you’ll get a scooter so this doesn’t really matter.

There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom especially when the shower was on and the shower was so close to the toilet that it would soak the toilet and the whole room bathroom would flood.

The staff are so lovely and always full of conversation and willing to help in any way possible. It’s right on the beach and only a 5 minute walk to the pier which is great when having to carry big bags/suitcases.
