Hotel is in excellent location close to the beach (approximately 3min by foot). You'll find 7-11 store just a few minutes away as well as restaurants and bars for any liking. Breakfast here is better than a lot of 5 star hotels we've been to- highly recommended to pay extra for it. Our room was on the 4th floor with an amazing view to the city and the ocean. Very spacious with a shower and a bath + balcony.

We got the room with pool view which is lovely. Nice comfy bed and bathroom. Great location, only a few minutes walk to the busy area. Staffs are helpful and friendly.

The room smelt very damp upon arrival and the smell remained throughout our stay. But I don’t think that this is a hotel wide issue and perhaps more room specific.

The building itself and the interior decor are lovely. The staff were very helpful in booking taxis and giving recommendations. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of foods and is very tasty. The room was very clean.

The hotel could have provided more items such as hotel toiletries, ironing board which guests would use on their stay. The existing toiletries such as shampoo / soap could be better too.

Value for money on this property, the location was fantastic as you are located next to convenient stores, restaurants, and entertainment hubs.

Location is pretty good , unlike other properties you have to climb up a long steep hill to reach. But kata area is quite limited. Near to many food options 5-10 mins walk

Didn't get the room in time (an hour later than check in was supposed to be). They saw I was upset and there was no compensation offered. Staff is nice but don't speak English so well. Cleaned the room but forgot to give toilet paper.

Location first and foremost. The room was big and had a balcony overlooking the pool. Nice decor, they did try hard to give it the feel of a nautical theme. Loved the tap outside for cleaning feet from the sea!

Spider webs on shower, but other than that the room was clean. The hotel is on a little hill, might not be for everybody, far from Kata beach center around 20-30 minutes walk.. balcony was small with view to plants wall.

Decore is nice, comfortable room, clean, big room, amazing staff. Nice pool. Bathtub and shower options. Location is in between Kata beach nd Kata Noi beach, you can enjoy both within short 7 minutes walk, in the room they give you beach bag to use. Balcony to dry cloths.

The rooms was not enough clean. Room feels very dusty. You can not open the balcony door because all of the insects/animals coming inside. The airconditing isnt clean that ensures that you get a stuffy nose.

The hotel itself/ pool tiles etc could do with a lot of maintenance, while the rooms were nice the hotel itself needs a revamp as it is quite run down Before you arrive house keeping leave the balcony doors open, this leaves all the mosquitos and bugs in, these should be kept closed

The hotel is located near to a road which is busy during the day. There is some noise from motor vehicles during the day but it was not bothering much. It was quiet in the evenings.

Overall the hotel, the rooms and the staff is nice. Allowed me to check in earlier, right after 12:00. The usual check in time is 14:00. The room was perfectly clean. Pleasant room design. They provide slippers, beach towels, bathrobes, beach mats. Wifi working well in the room and in the lobby. Has an elevator. Hotel staff very responsive, efficient and polite. 10 min walk to the beach. 3 min walk to the nearest pharmacy and shops and restaurants. Highly recommend. Compared to 3 other hotels I have been to in Phuket within the same budget, this one was great.

Downside of the location is it seems taxis pull up here regularly and there was some noise throughout the night. Not sure if the hotel can help this but it would be good if they could move the loud tul Tim’s on. Also it would be useful to have a room service menu in the room as well as item of minibar costs.

Property had a goo location and was you can be in Kata beach in minutes. Staff are all super friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and clean. We had a room with pool access and this was great. Breakfast was a good spread!

Good location, 2 beaches within a walking distance. Many cafes and restaurants nearby for different prices. The hotel staff is super welcoming. The breakfast was very good!

The bar and restaurant weren't open. I didn't find this information ahead of our visit so was a little disappointed. We also didn't get the welcome drink that others spoke of, maybe that was due to arrival time. The room smelled a little musty.

This hotel is in a great location and has an ocean view (although current development might change this in the year to come). We had a swim up room which was excellent. The gym was small but mighty, could certainly get a workout done. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant is a great sunny space.
