Old conditioner was a little bit noisy.

Excellent location - not far from the Kata beach and near the Seafood market, so you can have dinner in that perfect place daily. Clean room, highly polite and friendly stuff, good swimming pool. Children friendly place. Perfect breakfast. Highly recommend.

The pool didn't seem very clean, the gym is tiny and with not very good air conditioning.

The location of the hotel is it's biggest asset, the facilities are nice but a little old. The room was nice and big, with spacious bathroom, but a little dark.

The staff speak limited english so when I asked for some ice (for an injury) they didn’t understand what I meant.

Our aircon broke twice so the room was flooded when we went in both times, the balcony door broke aswell. Some staff were good and others didnt really want to help

The hotel is a good 10min walk from the beach, which on a boiling hot day can feel long.

The room was really well designed. Great bed, AC and wifi. Pool was lovely though no drinks or snacks available Which is something missing when you’re lounging there for a while. Breakfast room a buffet are great. Lovely selection. Though not in the way of dairy free options.

I stayed in a room were the aircon was uncontrolled and way too loud. There was a smashed bug against the wall next to the coffee corner from the previous guest. Eventually got another room after two days and multiple complains.

Staff was very friendly. Great location. Huge, comfortable bed. Nice pool. Good gym.

From all rooms with a pool view you can see the shell of a building that borders the hotel. There was no work being done on the construction site during my stay. It can get loud when they are working.... I was in the hotel last year already and i didn't see any change of the building which is under construction.... Maybe it's a ruin and will never be finished, I wouldn't be surprised

Too many Russians! Rude, push past you, don't smile or hold doors. Loads in the hotel and local area - didn't see any in Krabi so must just be that part Phuket? The water of the pool wasn't clear and was murky. depending on which room you were in, depended on whether your tea and coffee were replenished each day! we were two families over 4 rooms staying and it was hit and miss depending on location in the hotel.

The rooms were lovely and beds were huge! Location was excellent - so close to the night markets - we loved it there. Kids loved it there too. Beach was little walk away but was ok. Shops and stalls had good deals (better than in Bangkok which was frustrating as we held off some shopping thinking we'd get better deals in BK but that wasn't the case!)

The pool water was murky. Kids said with goggles it looked like algae all over the bottom! Also my son was sick one night on the bathroom floor. My husband went to reception for a cleaner and was handed and mop and bucket and some (1 ply) toilet roll!!

Rooms were lovely and spacious and a huge bed. Location is right next to the night markets which we all loved and short walk to the beach. We were a family with friends also. We had a mix of rooms pool access and non pool access.

The wifi was awful. It did not work 95% of the time. It kept disconnecting and you had to reconnect. Even after reconnecting it will still disconnect again. It was very disappointing and frustrating as when you’re paying for a higher end accommodation and have no wifi is money wasted.

Provides two water bottles for each day of stay. Provides beach mat & tote for the beach. Love the tub and the big shower.

You need to have a bar or restaurant open as it would been nice to get a cold drink in the hotel and not having to go else where

The size of the room may not be suitable for guests with multiple large suitcases. The lighting was ok, perhaps increasing the light output near the desk or wardrobe would be helpful for guests. The bathtub has some issues with heating the water.

The bed was comfortable. The hotel boasts a convenient and well-maintained carpark. The staffs were helpful.

The hotel is full of Russians, some uncivilized, for example they spend the night partying at the pool, after closing hours, making it hard to sleep with all the noise.

Nice Hotel not far away from the night market and also the beach isn’t far away. I still would recommend to rent a motorbike when staying in the kata beach area. The rooms are really nice and comfortable. Perfectly clean and with a huge balcony. The pool in the middle of the hotel is fine, but with the ocean so close by it wasn’t my first first choice. The fitness room didn’t convince me, but there are other fitness options nearby. The staff is friendly and even there were some language barriers everything could be solved. (3 nights / deluxe double room with pool view / incl. breakfast)

The hotel's signboards must be prominently displayed, as even Google Maps failed to accurately pinpoint its exact location. Seeking assistance from locals led us to a different place due to the confusion caused by similar names but with different indications at various locations. Lugging a heavy suitcase, and looking for this elusive hotel's location, added to our frustrations on the first day of our vacation.

The hotel's tuck-away location from the noise of the main street, offers guests a tranquil retreat. The spacious and comfortable room further enhanced our experience. The amenities around the vicinity were within easy walking distance, ensuring effortless access. Additionally, the bus service connecting to renowned beaches added a layer of convenience, allowing us to fully enjoy our stay.

In reality is more older than on pictures and not well maintained. Poor breakfast that lacks taste and is poorly prepared. Due to location and majority of guests we felt like in Russia, not Thailand but of course that is not hotel's fault
