The host is the one of the nicest people we have met on our trip, she really made our stay extra nice. The location is perfect as well to cycle to all the temples or just walk to the central part of town. Would stay there again if we return to Sukhothai!

Everything. It is such a nice place. It is a quiet place, yet very close to everything. The room is really nice, clean and confortable. The most important part is how nice and wonderful is the owner of the place. Really, she was so helpfull and just so nice. We recommand 110% this place :)

The location is perfect. When we arrived around 17:00, the owner asked if we wanted to see a few temples, before it’s dark. And so before we knew it, her daughters drove us around, to the best places. It was great. The owner doesn’t speak much English, but it all went well using Google translate. We also rented bikes for a good price.

Cant fault it from our perspective but Its budget friendly so dont expect too much luxury.

The host was just Amazing, so helpful and funny too. Location couldnt be improved right in the centre of all the historical temples. We rented bikes for the day from here too. The host really made this stay special. It really felt like an authentic thai stay couldnt be happier.

The owner was so nice and friendly. She cooked us a typical Thai breakfast every morning and helped us to organise our stay. The room is comfortable and quiet, but really close to the main entrance of the historical park. Bicycle available at the guesthouse. Everything was easy, smooth and hearty.

Superb location for exploring UNESCO site with a friendly and helpful host. Bikes 30B per day to rent and she did a huge basket of laundry for us for 100B. Delicious and very generous breakfasts - highly recommend the Thai options. Everything very clean with a daily clean and fresh towels given. Fridge useful too! And there was hot water tea/coffee options and a microwave and cutlery/ crockery so if you wanted to do takeaways and eat there you could. Walking distance to market for takeaway lunch options. Also walking distance to the delicious Holy Thai Basil restaurant. Peaceful place to enjoy the relative serenity of old Sukhothai.

There is so much to like about this property - location, staff, service, breakfast, cleanliness, specious rooms , and comfortable beds. Nevertheless, the highlight of this property is these wiener. She is a very special, lovely and delightful human being.

Especially the staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and we felt comfortable. We could also rent bikes for a short amount of money there, which was very convenient for the historical Park. There is also coffee in the morning and we could even hang our laundry outside to dry.

- Fantastic location in a quiet area: almost right next to the entrance to the historical park and the museum, lovely countryside bike rides possible in close proximity to the guesthouse, 5 min walk to the night market stalls, a great value restaurant serving tasty veggie options and an inexpensive fresh veg and fruit market - Comfortable room with solid wood furniture, fresh smelling white linen and a clean bathroom with a shower curtain - High quality Dutch-style bikes for rent - Always smiling and welcoming owner (and her family), always happy to recommend things to do (E.g. a place to watch sunrise, an off the beaten track temple to see) - Tasty and filling cooked breakfast (fried egg, toast and fresh fruit) waiting for us at an agreed time in the morning :) - Tea and coffee making facilities in the shared area

- If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs as if it rains it makes a lot of noise on the roof, (but the kind host informed us of this when we checked in which would've given us time to get earplugs if we wished), and there are lots of frogs around, (personally we found their croaks quite a comforting sound so wasn't a problem at all, but just in case you struggle sleeping). - Overall, this is very minor and not a criticism of the host, just something to keep in mind! Wholeheartedly recommend this homestay.

- Lovely guesthouse literally right *next to* the Historical Park and Wat Traphang Thong (make sure to wake up at 6am and walk across to the temple to see the monks receiving alms!). Note: there are still lots of good value restaurants near the Historical Park, it's not necessary to go to the New Town which is about 15 minute drive away unless you wish to. - Very clean, good water pressure. Air con, fridge and WiFi worked well. - Comfy bed, not too hard mattress (rarity in Thailand!). - Great value. - The *loveliest* owner, so friendly and always smiling and laughing - she even sweetly folded up our rain jackets once they'd finished drying on our bikes and gave us some muffins in the morning and umbrellas to walk to the temple when it was raining. Stay here just for the kindness! 20/10 hospitality, thank you!

The AC is a bit loud but with auto setting it should turn on and off and give you enough time to fall asleep before it starts again.

When staying in Thailand the location is the key. And with this place you get a great location indeed. Walking distance to central Sukhothai historical park and to the morning alms ceremony at Wat Traphang Thing. The lady running the place is the most smiling person we met in all of Thailand and can cook one hell of a breakfast.
